Left is the kitchenette and living room. The kitchenette has a full refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, and hutch holds dishes and silverware. There are drawers for groceries. Living room has three recliners and a chair, computer desk/chair and the dinette with 4 chairs. A smart TV can be swiveled.

Loved this charming home! Very clean and tidy! I personally really loved that there was lots of extra towels/rags and toilet paper if need be! The beds/bedding were SO comfortable!! The only thing I would be aware of is it is an older house so lots of creaking around the floors (we didn’t mind one bit) but just to be aware of! ;) thanks again for the stay!

The host was amazing! They responded very quickly and were always very helpful and friendly. They allowed us check-in early which was very helpful. The house matched the description and was very comfortable for us. It had all the amenities listed and was clean. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

I normally don’t write reviews, but this place was extra awesome! We have been on the road for a very long time and this was by far our favorite place to stay! Jake was quick to respond to all questions (not to mention very patient with me, lol). This apartment/condo has everything you might need in the kitchen, and the whole place was very spacious, clean and bright! You can tell that the hosts truly care about their guests experience. We are hoping to stay there again sometime soon! Thank you Jake!

It was a great stay! Had many amenities and was equipped with little things like laundry and dish soap, and everything else that was promised. I liked the location as well as it was walkable to eateries, shops and the Riverfront Park which I spent lots of time in. The kitchen was fully equipped as well, and the big windows was nice for sunlight. As someone who isn’t from this religion and used to this weather, both the fan cooler and the heater worked great for me! The only hiccup was that it took a few days to get the right passcode to the main entrance door, as the first few ones I was given were incorrect and I was stuck outside- once during rainy weather. However, someone would always happen to open the door eventually and Jacob was extremely responsive at all times of the day! He eventually got us the right passcode and the rest of our stay was smooth :)

Jake is very responsive when I had any questions and extremely friendly! The space was exactly what we needed for two of us. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping areas and a short drive to the Spokane convention center which where our event was.

We had a great time in downtown Spokane. Walking distance to waterfront park. Good restaurants in the vicinity. The place is nice and has a nice feel to it since it is in a historic building. The apartment has been nicely renovated and feels doctor for two guests. Our host is friendly and responsive.
