New, cozy and well designed apartment with an amazing garden overlooking the lake! Located 10 minutes walk from Bellagio’s city centre, the pearl of Lake Como. The apt is at the first floor and it consist of an open space area with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a nice kitchen and a cozy bathroom. Our house in the woods is a typical masonry building that was renovated in spring 2019. An oasis of peace and tranquility surrounded by nature, ideal for families or couples looking for relaxation and romantic intimacy. A view of the Valchiavenna mountains, with large lawns for garden use. Cycling within a few meters, numerous excursion options, 10 minutes from Chiavenna, 30 minutes from Lake Como and the Valchiavenna ski area.

The property is located in an elevated, sunny location in the municipality of Sufers, is very quiet with a very nice seating area overlooking the mountains and the lake. The apartment can accommodate four people, two in the bedroom, two in the living room. In the village there are shopping facilities in the Primo store and in the alpine dairy. On request, breakfast can also be booked. Ask for conditions.

Hostel to the little gorge

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.
