The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Dream Chalet Austria 1875m - Outdoorsauna and Gym

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. An old log house in the middle of the forest, surrounded by large trees, dense bushes and wide meadows, which was completely renovated 3 years ago. Silence and pure nature. It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. In the immediate vicinity is the Alps Adria University of Klagenfurt, Lakeside Science and Technology Park, Lake Wörthersee. Mobility is possible in many ways. The bike path passes by the apartment. There are restaurants, a bakery and a pharmacy within easy walking distance. The apartment has just been restored and prepared with a lot of love. It's waiting for you!

You will live at an altitude of about 800m above sea level in the almost untouched nature of the lower Gailtal, in the immediate vicinity of countless Carinthian lakes, surrounded by the spectacular backdrop of the Gailtal and Carnic Alps.

The felt studio on stilts offers a spacious bedroom/living space to the west as well as a bathroom with bathtub. Highlight is a wood-fired extra stove . The single bed can be extended to a comfortable double bed (160 cm) There is also a small cooking facility and a fridge. A sink is not provided and the dishes can be done in the bathroom.
