Mauro was very responsive. Check in instructions were good, the apartment was easy to find and it was great to have a big drive to park in. The apartment is spacious, clean and looks newly decorated and the view is lovely - we loved the early mornings out on the terrace. The apartment is well-equipped and the kitchen is very well stocked. With just a couple of small improvements, it could be 5 star - more than one pillow per head, sun loungers or a sofa on the terrace, a working parasol and a tidier garden. But overall we had a good stay. It should be noted that the apartment isn’t in Porto San Stefano but a short drive outside it and access to the beach (pictured) is not for the faint hearted - there’s no pavement and the road’s quite busy. Our dog wouldn’t have been able to manage the steps down to the underpass, nor would anyone with mobility issues or push chairs.

La villa, in condivisione con altri appartamenti, è in un posto splendido: credo una delle migliori viste dell'Argentario. La casa corrisponde alle aspettative e alle immagini. Va bene per coppie o famiglie con bambini (feste o serate movimentate sarebbero incompatibili con la tranquillità e le regole di convivenza del condominio). Ha un sistema di condizionamento distribuito nelle stanze molto efficace (e questo agosto è servito parecchio). L'accesso al mare è piuttosto agevole e consente di praticare snorkelling nei dintorni o anche, nuotando un po', di arrivare a nuoto alla spiaggia attrezzata di Pozzarello (le spiagge migliori sono Tuscany Bay e Il Tramonto alla Giannella - 15 min di auto, o La Zonca alla Feniglia - 20 min di auto, oppure La Dogana o L'Ultima Spiaggia a Capalbio - 40 min di auto). Massimiliana è molto proattiva e precisa e tiene al benessere degli ospiti. In generale vacanza bella e rilassante.

La casa perfetta! Perché? Bellezza della natura e del panorama, posizione strategica, privacy, servizi esterni ed interni, pulizia, dotazioni della cucina (incluso barbecue), disponibilità, gentilezza di Annamaria e Marcello. Tutto superiore alle aspettative e migliore rispetto alle foto. La casa è cosi accogliente che potresti starci giorni senza uscirne. Noi siamo golfisti e abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza al golf dell’Argentario. Abbiamo anche approfittato dei preziosi suggerimenti di Annamaria riguardo a spiagge, ristoranti e giro in barca con Paolo, amabile marinaio con cui abbiamo visto spiagge altrimenti irraggiungibili e fatto bagni indimenticabili in alto mare. Insomma 10 giorni meravigliosi, una vacanza di assoluto relax circondati dalla bellezza della natura. Non perdetevi questa opportunità.

Andre is a fantastic human being. Always helpful as we had some misfortunes during our trip to Italy really making an effort so that we can enjoy the most of our vacation. Tue house is beautiful, with a window that makes you feel at a boat, with amazing sea view. The location is very central - was perfect for us to stay with our baby and enjoy Porto Stefano’s restaurants, cafes and stores, all at walking distance. Would love to return!

Esperienza ottima. Ci ha accolto Elena che è stata super gentile, chiara e reattiva ad ogni richiesta di informazioni. L’appartamento è super carino, con tutti i comfort, siamo stati molto bene. Forse un po’ scomodo se ci si muove a piedi perché leggermente in collina non proprio centralissimo ma basta camminare un pochino e in 10’ al primo supermercato e in centro. Consigliato!
