I had a great stay at Orietta’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and beautiful area. Orietta was a kind and thoughtful host—she gave clear instructions and was always available for questions. I really appreciated her reminders before check-out, and everything went smoothly. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

This place is one in a million because it is a reflection of an authentic , organic and natural Sardinian experience . No frills , no excess and very minimalist with the most spectacular and beautiful surroundings. Cannot go wrong staying here . We really enjoyed our stay at Margherita’s house. It’s very cozy, well equipped, comfy beds, and perfect location. We loved our walk to San Teodoro (up the hill) which we did almost daily, and of course the beach which is a stone throw away. Also well located to go to some other nice beaches, only a 15 min drive. Gianfranco was super friendly and helpful, he was playing with our 2 year old and he was calling him “grandpa” and laughing all the time so he loved him too! We will definitely be returning :).

We had a wonderful stay at Catherina's place, with excellent hospitality and constant kindness from Benjamin , always available . Sweet home , little blue and white cocoon is very well located (on foot) close to the beautiful beaches and a splendid pine forest . Santa Lucia is a small family resort that is both peaceful and lively, with a diverse range of restaurants and local entertainment! Hopefully we can get back to that!

We had nice vacation days , we particularly liked the pine forest and the proximity to the sea. We were able to recover well and Marco is an extremely attentive host.

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Great hostess! Great location! We were there in early May and we felt like the only ones on the hill. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. Accommodation is ok for the price. However, this does not invite you to linger. It's enough for the night, but it's uncomfortable. The bed is very old and there is no way to heat it when it gets a little colder. So take warm clothes for cold nights. The location is all the more beautiful and the view is great!

We were in Olbia for 10 days and it was a very nice stay. The roof terrace is really an absolute highlight. The apartment has a nice kitchen and was in pristine condition. Communication with the hostess is very friendly and impeccable. Definitely worth a visit - thank you!

We came on holiday as a family of four, consisting of two adults and two young girls, aged 4 and 6. We were also joined by our friends, a family of three with two adults and an 11-month-old baby. We loved the location of the villa, which allowed us to walk to the beach and enjoy peaceful days in the garden. The setting and the view were incredible. We highly recommend it!

Chiara was so friendly and helpful. When I needed help, a delivery sent, or changes made to the reservation she was so responsive and kind. I had tons of questions and she didn't mind at all. The area is truly beautiful. I was there off season and it was quiet and empty (definitely needed a car for groceries) but every beach I wanted to go to was walkable. The house had everything I needed and the garden was lovely. Was a perfect month and a great price. Thank you Chiara!!!!!

Lovely place which appeared as promised. Proximity to a small private beach was ideal. The garden was a very enjoyable bonus. Riccardo was a fantastic host. He was super friendly, helpful and responsive. We had issue with the WiFi and he was on it/proactive/in constant communication. We also took his recommendation for a private boat charter which was an excellent one. Overall, great stay and would recommend it!

Wonderful stay in a multi unit complex in Port Cervo - the plaza of Porto Cervo itself ( shops restaurants) is about 15 min walk.. you really can’t park any closer than this complex. We went mid-Sept and it was very quiet, hardly saw any cars or people and the grounds of the unit ( pool and beach ) had pretty much closed up - no lounge chairs etc… also , the community trash pick up must have taken a vacation making it difficult to comply with check out request… All in all - you will love this place and highly - recommend. We would return.

We had a very relaxing week at this beautiful place in Costa Smeralda. The apartment is in private resort complex few hundred yards from the sea, nice quiet beach, large pool, and few nice bars and restaurants. Apartment itself is.most comfortable for 4 adults, but can accomodate 5 if big space is not your requirement. Beautiful sea view from the garden like front porch where we ate dinners. Large back yard, full of flowers blooming in early June. Two full bathrooms (one outdoor shower), grill, outdoor kitchen in the backyard will make yout stay even more enjoyable. Host is very proactive and wants to make your stay perfect. If we go to Sardinia again, we'll definitely stay here again.

This was our first time in Golfo Di Aranci and we made the best decision staying at this airbnb. The place itself is clean, spacious and the view is absolutely unbeatable. It’s located steps away from a beautiful beach where you can rent chairs (as well as a restaurant with food and drinks) or just hang out on the sand. It’s also a short walk from a market, take away food place and one of the best pizza restaurants I’ve ever had. I highly recommend renting a car (there is a garage parking spot included) to drive to nearby pristine beaches or other areas of Sardinia. The best part by far was the responsiveness and helpfulness from the two fantastic hosts Luigi and Duke. They provided every recommendation you could possibly need for an amazing trip. Thank you for everything and we will be back one day!

Alessandro is a very good host and speaks German very well. He was always friendly and always available! The location of the apartment is as shown in the pictures. Just across the small street and you are on the beach. The apartment was handed over to us very clean. After the briefing in the apartment, he gave tips for exploring the island, as well as great restaurant recommendations. All important services (supermarket, pharmacy, etc.) are within walking distance. Parking is possible on the street without any problems. Alessandro's parents live in the apartment above and are very welcoming. The neighborhood also often stopped for a conversation at the fence. We felt very welcome and can only recommend it. Thank you for the wonderful time and best regards to the parents and neighbors.

Such a beautiful location. We were met in person , and shown around the apartment. It was very comfortable, we were given welcoming drinks and cake. The best feature is the spacious balcony, where we spent a lot of time enjoying the view. We would definitely recommend this apartment

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

Nice place. With an awesome garden. But it's an outside location, you need a car and the water in front of the house does not welcome for swimming, but great to paddle with the boat a bit around. Thanks for everything

LOOK NO FURTHER FOR THE MOST ACCOMMODATING AND WELCOMING HOST!!! This place was more than a 10/10 with cleanliness location and overall service. Host was so responsive and communicative and was there to help with anything we needed not to mention the absolute sweetest as she took it upon herself to arrange transportation for us to airport in the morning after checkout. Please do yourself a favor and book with this host you will not be disappointed

Small apartment just next to a beach. We were working remotely from the apartment. Wifi wasn’t good, but according to Graziano, that should change in the future. Also the kitchen is really small and on the opposite side of the apartment that the table. We appreciated washing machine, huge terrace and closeness of the sea. Graziano is really nice guy.
