Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Spetses

Elena's place is perfectly located. Easy walk to tavernas, cafe's restaurants, the harbour, and shops etc. The house itself is very rustic and homely, with basic facilities. It has a wonderful balcony with harbour views. Elena was very responsive and helpful, as was her mum who lived next door. If you want an authentic Greek experience I highly recommend this listing.

The house is beautifully restored in an authentic manner and with attention to details, whilst offering all necessities for a comfortable stay. It is very central, one minute walk from the beach, and very near both to the centre of the city, cafes, restaurants etc on one side, and to the beautiful saint Nikolaos monastery and the walk to the lighthouse on the other side. The immediate proximity to a great bakery and two supermarkets is also a plus! All in all, a perfect place for a stay in Spetses!

Η Βασιλική ήταν εξαιρετική και είχαμε πολύ εύκολη επικοινωνία. Το σπίτι ήταν απολύτως καθαρό με υπέροχη θέα . Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Comment dire, si vous recherchez la quiétude, le repos, le soleil, une très belle vue sur la mer ,un jacuzzi pour la détente , dans une ville charmante, cette maison cycladique vous charmera comme elle nous a charmé ! Sue est une hôte accueillante, agréable et réactive . On ne peut que recommander ce petit coin de paradis !

It was a great stay at the villa. The kitchen and house is well equipped. The pool is very private with an amazing view. If you come with kids, you should bring your own toys as the villa does not have any. The house is well equipped with Moskito nets in front of the windows and doors, nevertheless, we had really problems with mosquitoes one day. We realized that they provided every room with mosquito repellent refusers and the mosquito issue was almost gone 👍 The tap water is very salty but we had no problem with it. All in all, we would love to come back some day!

Anna und Dimitris waren perfekte Gastgeber. Zur Begrüßung gab es gleich einige griechische Leckereien (unter anderem eine sehr leckere Orangenmarmelade und eine riesige Schale mit Früchten). Außerdem gab es viele tolle Vorschläge zu Ausflugsziele und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit einer großen überdachten Veranda und einer stimmigen Einrichtung. Absolut alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, es gibt einige Badestellen wenige Gehminuten entfernt und auch das Ortszentrum mit Restaurants und diversen Läden ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es viel zu entdecken in der Gegend, einen Tagesausflug nach Hydra kann ich z.B. sehr empfehlen. Zwar liegt das Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend, wer absolute Ruhe schätz sollte jedoch bedenke dass das Haus im Ort liegt mit entsprechender gelegentlicher Geräuschkulisse. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und ich kann es absolut empfehlen!

La maison est idéalement située, la plage la plus jolie - selon moi - de Spetses est à 6mn à pied au pied du logement quasiment. Et la vue sur la mer tous les matins, depuis la chambre à coucher comme depuis le salon, est éblouissante. J’ai été accueillie par Sophia qui est des hôtes les plus sympathiques et joyeuses qui m’ait été de rencontrer. Grâce à elle, j’ai tout de suite pu trouver tout ce dont j’avais besoin dans le village de Spetese. J’ai adoré ce séjour et je reviendrai dès que possible. Un très grand merci à Sophia.

La casa di Anna si trova ad Agioi Anargyroi, nella parte ovest dell’isola, più isolata ma per questo più tranquilla e bellissima. Occorre uno scooter o meglio un quad (ATV) per accedere a tutte spiagge senza problemi: non ci sono market o supermercati, quindi la spesa va fatta in centro città, così come la benzina all’unica stazione di servizio che chiude alle 20.00. La casa è semplice ma molto carina e tipica, con un grande giardino e corte esterni. Anna è stata di una cortesia, gentilezza e disponibilità davvero eccezionali. Ci ha fatto aiutato per ogni necessità e bisogno durante il soggiorno, dandoci anche utili consigli. Penso proprio che torneremo qui!

Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι ανθρωποι με ευγένεια, παιδεία και κουλτούρα, και αυτό αντανακλάται και στο σπίτι που παρέχουν. Ολα ήταν πρωσεγμένα και εν καλή λειτουργεία. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σ'ενα μικρο κολπίσκο πίσω απ'το λιμάνι και καταφέρνει να είναι ήσυχα αλλά και κοντά σ'όλα τα απαραίτητα μαγαζιά. Η θέα απ'το μπαλκόνι είναι ΕΞΑΙΣΙΑ, θα μπορούσαμε να καθόμαστε ώρες για να απολαμβάνουμε το πρασινο & το μπλε (ιδίως τις πρωινες και απογευματινές ωρες). Τέλος τη νύχτα απολαμβάνεις ένα τέλειο ύπνο καθώς δεν υπάρχουν ενοχλήσεις από νυχτερινά μαγαζιά. Ευχαριστούμε θερμά τους εξαιρετικούς γονείς του Βασίλη για τη βοήθεια και τις συμβουλές τους.

Το διαμέρισμα ήτανε πολύ καθαρό σε καλό σημείο. όλα καινούρια μέσα και πολύ άξιο. το μόνο πρόβλημα είναι το λάθος στιγμα στο Google maps

De accommodatie komt overeen met de beschrijving. We werden hartelijk ontvangen. Er zijn 3 niveaus : beneden woont de mama van de host en twee huurappartementen. Het appartement boven ons had een dakterras en wij een ruim terras op gelijkvloers. We hadden absoluut voldoende privacy. Het is zeer rustig gelegen en je moet wel een 30 minuten wandelen tot bijv de bakker ( dus namen we de auto ;-) ) Je bent zo aan het water en het uitzicht is echt mooi. De eerste dagen van mei stond er wat wind en er is geen plek om met meer dan 2 te onbijten binnen. Wel genoten van de jacuzzi.

Thank you Alex for a fantastic stay, a wonderful little house right in the middle of the old port so a 2 minute walk from all the best restaurants and bars but set back a little from the port so still quiet - really beautiful location. Lovely house, good large living space and great private terrace out the back for drinks in the evening. Alex was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions. Perfect week !

The view is wonderful, the area is peaceful. WiFi is superb for my work. Ideally situated between Hermioni and Porto Cheli. So many beaches within easy reach. The apartment was well equipped and clean and tastefully decorated. A perfect place to come to rest and recharge. The hosts are lovely, friendly people, nothing was too much trouble. Will certainly go back.

Maria’s airbnb is perfect. Clean, big enough at leslast for three people. Good position and she is very friendly and helpful.

Location, Location, Location. For us it was all about the location. A short walk to the port, near my family and many restaurants close by. 1 room had a double bed, the other room had 2 singles and there was a sleeper sofa in the front room. The kitchen was fully equipped and the clothes washer was a great help as we travel light.

Words cannot begin to describe what an amazing time we had. Argyris is an outstanding person and his Airbnb has everything. He was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond with recommendations, helping us with logistics, and making it a special time for our entire family. We came as a family for a wedding and the apartment had everything we could need, including treats on arrival. Our son was extremely happy and the outside area was a major plus for us. We can’t wait to come back and have left a piece of our heart on the island!

ligoneri is a 40 minute walk from town, there is a bus service. it has 3 beautiful beaches (pebble not sand) the development is built on a mountain side and has a slight breeze and slightly lower temperatures than the town. the development is 1970s concrete low ceilings functional architecture. Ileana was wonderful to deal with, very responsive. we had a small plumbing issue and the plumber was on site and had resolved the issue within the hour. the house is a 90m2 maisonet with 2 bedrooms amazing sea views. the kitchen has everything you might need and more, there is both an indoor and outdoor dining area. the internet works really well and there is a smart TV. myself and my teenage kids and their friends had a wonderful time. I really do recommend it.

Η Εύα, είναι εξαιρετική οικοδεσπότης ! Αμέσως μόλις επιβεβαιώσαμε την κράτηση, λάβαμε πολύ χρήσιμες πληροφορίες τόσο για το σπίτι ,όσο και για το νησί! Ανταποκρινόταν πολύ άμεσα σε κάθε επικοινωνία μας. Το σπίτι, βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά! Είναι καθαρό κ πολύ λειτουργικό. Εύα σε ευχαριστούμε πολύ

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour Le logement est très propre, bien équipé et idéalement placé. On peut tout faire à pied ou en vélo. Mapia a été très attentionnée et très réactive

We had a lovely stay at John's apartment. We especially enjoyed the view from the terrace and the balcony. It is possible to walk from Spetses town to the apartment in about half an hour, but we rented a motorbike, which was more comfortable. John was easy to reach and gave us the contact of Nikos. Nikos picked us up from the ferry, drove us to the apartment and shared lots of great tips for restaurants and activities. We definitely recommend to visit Spetses in May, because the temperature is just perfect and the island is not very crowded. And of course, we also recommend John's apartment.

Great experience. Anna and her friend, Maria, were both very helpful. The place is as beautiful as the pictures make you think, and if you love kittens, be prepared to find them waiting for you at the entrance. We rented bikes to get around the island, and we totally suggest the experience to really enjoy your surroundings! l

Within three minutes’ walk, you’re on a quiet, clean, gorgeous beach! This was one of the things that attracted us here, and it was even better than we had imagined! The incredible views from the terrace and the peaceful location were just what we were looking for. The apartment was perfect for us - comfortable bed, great shower, good kitchen. And the additional outside shower was brilliant! Elena was a wonderful host. So friendly, kind, and attentive. She and her parents made us feel so welcome! It was hard to leave!
