The house was made in 1862 and is 10 minutes by foot from the main port of Spetses and 12 minutes from the old harbour, where all the restaurants clubs and bars thrive of night life. The neighborhood is quite and the tall stone wall around the house provides privacy and calmness. Recently renovated inside has in front a beautiful garden with a barbeque and a comfortable traditional dining area where you can enjoy peaceful moments. My brand-new apartment with a minimalist decor is located in Mandrakia within easy walking distance from the port of Ermioni (4 minutes). It is fully-equipped with two bedrooms (double-size beds), free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, fully-equipped kitchen, a 50-inch smart TV (plus Netflix) and a huge balcony with a breathtaking seaview. We can offer you cleaning service on extra charge upon request.

It is a place overlooking the central beach of Agios Mammas, suitable for couples and small families. The place has a king-size bed, a sofa bed for two people, and a baby cot can be provided.
