Lovely stay, any questions we asked of the host were answered very quickly to messages. Nice welcoming touches of homemade cake made by the host which was delicious, and we were left some other goodies which was a lovely touch! Villa comes with its own collection of cute cats and three young kittens. They were very lovely and friendly but kept trying to get into the villa, however there are insect doors to keep them out. The location was very good and the villa and garden were beautiful and well looked after. We’d highly recommend staying in this villa.

We had a nice time in the house right on the sea. Everything was available to cook with 7 people. It was a bit difficult only with the loungers. Otherwise, everything was fine

We had a great time at Silvia's and were very excited about the private rock beach. Photos don't convey how beautiful it really is on site. In the accommodation we had everything we needed and it was very clean. Silvia was a super great host and we would recommend it to anyone!

A perfect vacation! 100% private, quiet, beautiful. We really enjoyed our girls' vacation! Stefano was very attentive & everything was very clean, especially the pool. Small highlight: the neighboring donkey ;) You definitely need a car, as it is high up and the roads are very steep - but that's what makes it so special. We highly recommend this place!

This house is a 10/10. we spend our first vacation as little family with our 6 month old daughter at Diana and Antonio’s beautiful home and we couldn’t have wished for a more relaxing, peaceful and cozy house. The hosts created a place with so much attention and love for detail, every item, peace of furniture and decoration is picked thoughtfully and fits perfectly into the aesthetic of the old stone house and it’s beautiful Olive Garden surroundings. The hosts are super friendly, helpful and kind. They made sure we didn’t go hungry on the day of our arrival, prepared a freshly homecooked meal and even provided a food basked for us with all kinds of tasty local food and lots of fresh lemons, oranges and mandarins. The view from The pool is just stunning, you can watch the sun set behind the mountains while the lights of the little town pettineo start to light up. We had a wonderful time, we will definitely come back 💛

Leanne's place is perfect if you want a real break from the city life and enjoy a calm and beautiful countryside. The house is big, and the swimming very enjoyable. The main village is just 10 minutes away by car and you can find amazing food and cheese over there. It's magnificent and the local people are extremely welcoming.

A Sicilian dream! This home was immaculately clean in every corner, comfortable and cozy due to the interior and exterior design of the indoor and outdoor furniture, bedding, amenities and decor beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail of each object, the location- breathtaking and away from the normal everyday rush. The panoramic view gives you the landscape of the Sicilian island, sunset on the Tyrrhenian Sea, rolling hills and mountains all while being surrounded by the peaceful stillness of an olive grove. Thanks to Maria Renata for making this trip a truly relaxing and enjoyable too short dream come true! A special thank you as well to Lina who was so sweet and welcoming with her warm friendliness making us feel right at home when she checked us in and out!

The house is beautiful - spacious and well furnished and decorated. Exactly as it appears in the photos, or possibly, even better. Our group of three couples were there for four nights and wished we could have stayed longer. We visited in May and it was a bit cool to be in the pool but we enjoyed lounging around it. A summer stay here would be fantastic! Luciano was an excellent host and offered good suggestions for dining and activities. Check in and check out was seamless. A car is needed if you want to sightsee beyond the village. However, it is ideally located to visit Syracuse, Catania and Taormina. And you are already halfway up to excursions on Mt. Etna.

we were a group of 30 people and rentalsitalia was willing to organize extra beds for us. as a welcoming gift we were given pizza, arancini and wine. Halfway through our stay the house owner came by again and brought us a second round of pizzas. he also took out the rubbish every morning and cleaned the pool. there is nothing around you, so it is not a problem if you are a bit loud. a little further away, however, there is a resort that plays music every day. it didn't bother us too much though. wonderful view and really nice and helpful hosts! I can only recommend them.

Beautiful and old building. Furniture and fittings have age, but are fitting for the space and are full of charm. Would recommend.

Beautiful villa located with a wonderful view over the valley and Castelbouno town. The house was great with bedrooms on three different floors and the garden was very nice with many different lounge and dining areas. The pool area has amazing view and a really nice pool, though no fence so small kids must be watched. This is a perfect location for day trips to Céfalu with surroundings and we also really enjoyed Castelbouno town. Rosanna and her husband (and the dog Amica) took great care of us and were always available if we needed anything. The only minor issue was that we had a few power outages, but that was quickly fixed. We had a great time and would love to come again!

My family and friends had a simply wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. We chose it because it was a little further off the beaten path and more “authentic old Italian villa” feeling than other places in Sicily. And it delivered exactly the experience we were looking for and more. The villa itself was spacious and yet adorable. Huge old and beautiful windows and doors to bring the outside in. Had everything we needed. The views and outdoor space around the villa were also so lovely and enjoyable. Beautiful little olive orchard. Terraces and outdoor entertaining spaces galore. The game room and pool were awesome for our kids. The pool is unheated, but warm enough to use mid April. But the best part about this villa was the experiences Rosario coordinated for us. We had 2 nights where a chef came over to cook us dinner. The chef turned out to be the neighbor, who cooked the most delicious Sicilian meals we’ve had. She also arranged a visit to a farm and limoncello maker. Amazing!

Absolutely unforgettable stay! From the very first second, we felt completely at home at Terre di Bea. The property offers complete privacy and a breathtaking view of the sea - truly something special to wake up to every morning. The idyllic pool area is a highlight, perfect for relaxing while taking in the peaceful surroundings. Antonio was the perfect host - warm, helpful, and always available. Whether we needed advice on hidden beaches, restaurant reservations, or tips for local activities, he went above and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We had a wonderful stay - the villa is beautiful, in a lovely location, and we were made very welcome. We were given a delicious breakfast each day with freshly made cake and omelettes. The swimming pool is lovely and we had sessions of Pilates and yoga. I can’t think of anything about our stay that could have been improved. We stayed in this beautiful home between late October and early November. The weather was wonderful, we were able to take advantage of all the outdoor spaces warmed by the sun. The village of Acquadolce has everything you need, small shops, supermarkets, coffee, etc. You can also reach it on foot only 600 meters away, on the way back uphill but you can do it without problems. The house is exactly as it appears in the photo, maybe better, the view is spectacular and the peace you feel is incredibly. We had the most amazing time at this villa, the views are stunning and even better than the photos. We stayed as a group of ten and loved it, the kids had plenty to do with the pool, ping pong table and football game. Cefalu is fifteen minutes drive away and the most charming, pretty little town with many good restaurants and bars, also with great views. We took a day trip to Palermo which is 45 minutes by train from Lascari train station (ten minute drive from the villa) and is well worth visiting. The team who looked after the villa were very friendly and responsive to messages. We loved our time at the villa and will definitely visit again.

We had the best time at Luca’s place. It was so peaceful and the view was gorgeous. We even saw some wildlife like little pigs and a fox! We loved cooking at the home and swimming in the pool. The drive up the hill is a little wild but worth it.

The accommodation is excellent, with all the necessary amenities. There is parking available, and it’s conveniently located close to Cefalù and Palermo. The host is always ready to help.

Giovanni was lovely, proactive and bent over backwards to help. We had an issue with not being able to get online when we picked up our hire car. When we finally did get online we knew our arrival was going to be very late(after midnight) but Giovanni took it in his stride and was still the welcoming host when we eventually got to his villa. This was a sign of things to come, he was just brilliant! I now regard him as a friend.

We had a wonderful week in Patti - Lara’s home was the perfect base to explore the island from. Lara and Martina were extremely helpful, providing lots of recommendations for places to eat and visit. The pool is gorgeous, and there are balconies all around the house so you can chase the sun (or shade) throughout the day. We really can’t recommend this place enough.

Beautifully furnished small apartment. Everything you need was available. You can walk to a beautiful beach in 10-12 minutes. The complex also has a swimming pool that you can use.
