Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

We offer you on 3 floors 1 main bathroom, 1 guest bathroom, 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed), 1 gallery with 2 sleeping options, spacious kitchen-living room and the impressive living room with open roof structure (further accommodation on the couch, as well as crib on request). Upon arrival, bed linens and hand and shower towels are available. A washing machine and dryer are also available. The covered terrace and garden invite you to linger.

Feel at home in my cozy apartment! The 45 m² apartment is modernly decorated and fully equipped. The newly renovated apartment is located next to a riding stable near Weißenstadt, a lovely small town and only 5 minutes by car from the lake. It is very easy to reach and you can park in front of the house for free. Perfect starting point for activities (hiking, biking, skiing) in nature, spa visits, shopping, trips to the Czech Republic and more.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. This charming cottage is located in the most beautiful place in Franconian Switzerland, the picturesque Egloffstein. It is more than 100 years old and has been restored with a lot of love to the smallest detail according to historical models. A romantic place to find peace, security and relaxation. It is located in the middle of a large, fairytale garden that invites you to linger.

My place is spacious and can accommodate up to 7 people. It also has a large balcony with great views of the countryside, to the summit of Schneeberg and Ochsenkopf. It is centrally located to many leisure activities (nature health park, barrier-free cable car to the Ochsenkopf, ski lift, toboggan run, climbing forest). My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.
