Modern semi-detached house of 130 square meters on 2 floors with its own undisturbed garden near the city. Terraces in all directions, right next to a common with playground and very close to nature reserve with illuminated trails, mountain bike trails and outdoor gym. 150 meters to the bus stop that takes you to Sundbyberg center or subway to Stockholm Central. 100 meters to the nearest restaurants, cafes and local life. 5 km to Westfield (Mall of Scandinavia), the largest shopping center in the Nordic countries and about 1 km to large grocery stores.

Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

A property with a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. Overlooking the Stockholm inlet, you can see boats and ships passing outside the house, which has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from central Stockholm and is separate from the main building where we live. Nature reserves for walking and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our jetty can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).
