'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. Hi,we have a large,spacious,bright and airy bungalow which is all open plan and great for entertaining. There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

Light, airy and immaculate, but very comfortable, with 2 private parking spaces directly outside. Cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove and french doors leading to a modern garden with corner sofa and a separate table for alfresco dining. The house is very comfortable, for both families or groups, as both double bedrooms have their own bathroom and there is a third loo downstairs. The kitchen is open plan and fitted with all appliances to make your stay a home from home.
