Very comfortable and well maintained home. It's also very close to eateries and shops for basic necessities.

Thank you very much to provide such nice house to us. Only one thing is the TV box not function good. Suddenly off line. Hope can fix this before any guest check in.

We spent 3 days and 2 nights at Cheah’s place and had a very pleasant stay. The house was clean and easily accessible, especially convenient for my dad, who has some physical difficulties. The location was great, with many of Penang’s famous eateries just a 10-minute ++ drive away. (Tip: try to avoid school hours to escape heavy traffic.) Cheah was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Late check in , last minute booking but host really fast respond & price very cheap . House really comfortable & big space . My parents also happy stay here even for few hours . Nice view , clean house . And 7e just a few step from lobby . Definitely gonna repeat . Thank you host for pleasant stay . Just a bit confusing to find the mailbox since im not familiar enough with this area but overall really nice staycation .

Lift is good. No issue on weekdays. Very comfortable bed and host provided a lot of pillows (4 pillows for 1 queen bed) Love the soap and shampoo provided. Smells good. I appreciate the host provided water filter which makes it easier for me to refill our water. The host provided 2 sets of keys which is a plus point. To note : parking is a bit of a hassle with narrow path for SUV. Please be extra careful. But not a big issue. There is a washer (no dryer) There was an internet connection issues when i arrived but it was solved quickly. I just hope the host can improve the lock system at main door. Overall , i enjoyed the stay and will consider to book again next time im in Penang. ❤️

The owner deco the room beautifully, which is very suitable for girls who like to take photos. The bed is very comfortable, the owner also has prepare towel, and the TV equipment is also good. You can watch Youtube. The balcony is also clean and the toilet is also good. But the washbasin in the toilet has some dirty marks. The refrigerator in the kitchen is also very cold..The drinking water filter doesn't seem to have been washed for a long time. Although the floor is very high, the sound insulation is not good. There will be sound when someone passes through the corridor at night. But overall is good, suitable for few people/group holiday to stay over.

The host is amazing. Great place to stay with your family. Carmen’s house is clean and even have a futon to sleep outside the bedroom. Nice place to stay if you come with your siblings.

Where to begin? What an absolutely stunning colonial home in a perfect location. Shawn and co were amazing with communication, the self check-in was well explained and super straightforward. Very easy to find the property too. The house itself is beautiful, plenty of space, very tastefully decorated, and comes equipped with everything you need for your stay. A big bonus is the outside seating area, garden, and wet kitchen area. Lots of nice places to eat nearby, and a very short grab ride to the beach, shopping malls, and Georgetown. Honestly one of the nicest places we’ve stayed during our travels around Malaysia, wouldn’t hesitate to come back here next time we’re in Penang. Thank you so much Shawn for sharing your home, for your professional and timely responses to our questions, and for making the entire stay so easy and relaxing. Absolute 10/10

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at Esther's place. It was perfect for our family group of 5 and it was an ideal base to explore Penang Island. It brought back memories of the yesteryears and was a quaint cottage with all the amenities required including air-conditioning. We hope to be back again. Thank you!

We found April to be a friendly and responsive host who was prepared to assist with the odd unusual request. The house was airy and comfortable but you need to keep in mind it is a shophouse so keep your outer front door closed. We didn't and people tended to think it was a shop thanks to April's display of tiles ! Everything worked and functioned though we never turned the TV on . The location is a big winner as you're 20 metres from morning fruit market and evening street food market. 100 metres to Chulia St yet the lorong is quiet and not overly busy. Buses ply their trade down Chulia all day while it is a short walk to Little India, Komtar, Kimberley St. Couple of good bars nearby with cold beer, aircon and international sport coverage. We frequented Finnegans just around the corner in Campbell St which also has good noodle restaurants. Now a 2nd tier of eating in between the street food and restaurant food. Modern cafes with great food for a few ringgit more than the street mkt

Had an amazing stay at his place. The host was very responsive and kindly accommodated an early check-in by 30 minutes.
