Apartment vacation rentals in Southgate

We were visiting from out of state as last minute plans, the Airbnb was perfect for my 4 year old and I. Beach wasn’t too far and the hosts were very responsive. It definitely served its purpose for us. Very clean. I couldn’t figure out the fan/ lock but both times I reached out the hosts were very approachable and helped almost immediately.

Enjoyed our stay very much .. great neighborhood easy to walk to restaurants and short drive to siesta key .. very clean apartment .. we def will be back again in the near future!

Fue una lastima que solo estuve por un día porque la realidad es para estar más de una semana. Sin lugar a dudas volvería ya que tiene todas las comodidades y es muy cercano a Siesta Beach, la mejor de USA

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. The home was incredibly well-appointed with high-quality furniture, appliances, and thoughtful touches throughout. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and felt like it was designed with care. The bed was especially comfortable, clearly high-end, and made for great sleep. The hosts were responsive, kind, and very easy to communicate with. My favorite part of the stay was enjoying coffee each morning in the bright breakfast nook in the kitchen, filled with natural light. It was the perfect space to relax and recharge. Truly a fantastic value. I’d return in a heartbeat.

Megan was a hostess other Airbnb hosts could learn from. She was very communicative, gracious, kind and very flexible with our needs. It was a weekend trip to explore Sarasota and the location was perfect. We will absolutely look up Megan again when visiting the area. You can't go wrong!

This place is a gem! Beautiful location, short walk to the beach, safe and nice neighborhood. Homes surrounding are mansions. The place is compact but has everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay so much at Kyle’s condo! Easy to find/check ourselves in, within walking distance to the beach and a lot of local restaurants, and included everything we needed - plus some! Kyle was quick to respond when we did reached out & gave us a bunch of great local recommendations prior to the start of our visit. I would absolutely recommend this stay to a friend or anyone coming to the area - 10/10. Thank you again so so much for helping make this trip easy, breezy & one to remember.

Denise’s place was great. Despite being next to an airport it was situated in a peaceful and quiet area, and I did not even hear any air traffic. The space itself was super cozy and such a cute theme. The decor in every room was vibrant & welcoming. Bathroom, beach closet, and kitchen were all well stocked. She even had mini coffee creamer and condiments, which other units I have stayed in did not. Furniture & bedding were comfortable. Washer & dryer was a big plus. Overall, a great place..Would stay again!

I stayed here for about 2 weeks. There was construction going on at the house but the host did inform me while also giving me the option to cancel with a full refund. She did also offer me a few hours free due to the slight inconvenience. The were a few small issues with parking and the code but other than that everything was great. The place was clean, in the prefect location, and the host was very responsive. I will be staying here again since I have to come back to the area.

Excellent location, modern furnishings, had everything you could need for a weekend getaway! Dorinda was very kind and helpful, and her guide offered good local recommendations as well. Great value lodging for any trip to Sarasota and its nearby beaches!

Our stay was amazing. This studio was exactly as described, and Heidi was the most responsive and thorough host! She made sure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy her little piece of paradise on Longboat Key! She's thought of it all and was always just a text or phone call away if we needed anything. She communicated an earlier check-in with us, and the condo was stocked with everything needed to make our stay memorable. Dolphins from the backdoor, sea turtles nesting every night, and the beach just a few steps away were some of our favorite memories! We had a few minor inconveniences (no fault of Heidi's), and she went above and beyond to repair the issues and make sure we were comfortable and accommodated . We already miss this place and cannot wait to go back.

Great location - and super comfy bed! Also amazing that there were beach chairs, towels, & even a wagon! Made it super easy and comfortable to walk to the beach and relax.

Space was exactly as described and was clean. Was very responsive when we had questions. I would stay here again.

we have stayed at Shorewalk several times while down visiting the grandson's. We really liked this spacious floor plan and proximity to the pool. Hannah and Helen were very helpful and responsive to messages.

This was our second time staying at your condo. Once again, we really enjoyed ourselves. We really appreciated the fact that you had two regular beach chairs for us to use. We had a wonderful time once again. Everything was just perfect.

Overall it was a great stay at Doris' place. She was very accommodating and responsive! Only minus point is that there was a dead cockroach in the bathtub when we arrived.

This house is the perfect old school Florida beach house! Daniel sent an email with all the information. Details all were accurate that I did not need to ask any questions. He also followed up to make sure check in was ok. Photos are accurate. So much space. Multiple areas to entertain inside and outside to settle into. Large dining room table and smaller kitchen table. Has all the supplies needed. Used the grill for burgers and brats. Even paid extra for the hot tub. Cool air conditioning and numerous fans. Close to walkable restaurants and beach. Love, love, love this house and we hope to stay at again one day! (Side note: It is the whole second floor and access was by stairs only. Not a problem for us. Kitchen does not have a dishwasher and again not a problem for us.) Thanks again!

Simple, but cozy and quiet pad. Amazing location and very relaxing hot tub. TV has Netflix and bed is quite comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described—if not better. Robert clearly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. The location was perfect for our vacation, and we felt right at home. Highly recommended!
