Peaceful and secure self-catering cottage with separate garden flat offering fully equipped family accommodation in a leafy suburb of Newlands adjacent to Keurboom Park. There are views of the mountain from the terrace, secure parking and a private walled garden with swimming pool. The main house sleep 4-5 (double, twin and single bedrooms) and the garden flat sleep 2-4 (double bedroom and sofa-bed in living room). We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking on the premises. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road.
