Garden Flat - self contained with enclosed garden

This sunny, private garden flat is separate to the house with it's own entrance and off-street parking. There is an enclosed paved garden with a Webber BBQ. We are close to major highways, a stone's throw away from the Kenilworth Race Course and 2kms away from a vibrant village with restaurants and pubs. You will find a convenience store, hair dresser and coffee shop 200 meters away. For load shedding backup, we have an UPS for the WIFI, a gas cooker and rechargeable light bulbs and light.

The apartment has a fantastic location situated a mere 400m below UCT, it is ideal for visitors to UCT and Cape Town looking for a central location. Baxter theatre and Rustenberg Junior very close proximity. Private entrance, off street parking, the apartment has a sunny bedroom with two three-quarter beds, modern bathroom and a living room/ kitchen area, that makes for an extremely comfortable short or long stay.
