Townhome vacation rentals in Southern Indiana

We had a fantastic stay here! Place was awesome, location was perfect, couldn’t have asked for more. We left a golf bag behind and Lisa was incredibly proactive about getting it back to us. She went above and beyond to take care of us. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The place was beautiful! It was right near lots of things to do but set off enough to feel private. Quiet neighborhood and a very kind host.

We had a month-long stay at the condo and chose it because of its location close to our son and his family. It was perfect for our needs and felt like home. Even though activities were limited due to COVID-19 we still had a very pleasant and memorable visit using Stacy's condo as a home base while we reconnected with and enjoyed some much-needed family time. The condo was clean, perfectly supplied, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed coffee on the back deck, hosted a couple of family meals, and the park across the street was an instant hit when our granddaughter visited, and there was a grill there to use if you wanted to picnic in the park. The use of the garage was a blessing because we brought our bikes with us for the trip. We hope to come back next year. There is no reason to look anywhere else. Thank You Stacy!

We really enjoyed our stay! This place is FANTASTIC! The interior is really, really well done - very clean, comfortable and inviting. Loved the tall ceilings, great master bath shower, and large well-appointed kitchen. Also enjoyed sitting on the porches - both front and back, and the fenced yard was great for our dog. Very nice neighbors. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Louisville!

We had a wonderful visit. Very walkable to West 6th brewery, Bluegrass distillery and 2 restaurants. North Lime coffee and donuts was close enough for a morning walk. We heard really great reviews for dingbats pizza which is only a block away, but did not get to try it this time.

Absolutely stunning stay! This was truly one of the most beautiful, luxurious, and comfortable homes I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail felt intentional. From the stylish decor to the cozy, inviting atmosphere. The hosts were so kind, responsive, and thoughtful, which made the entire experience even more special. The location was perfect, and all three bedrooms were peaceful, private, and had blackout drapes for a great night’s sleep. I feel so lucky to have stayed here and genuinely can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a truly exceptional place to stay!

Great space to stay if in the area. Everything matched the description. The pool table was great to have along with the fire pit!

We celebrated a 50th birthday on Mass Ave. and wanted to stay at a fabulous place for the complete experience, and this place delivered and even exceeded expectations! We loved our time at the house so much we found ourselves chilling out more than going out, seriously!

We loved our stay here. The house is beautiful, comfy beds, very clean. We found the location to be perfect and had plenty of restaurants to choose from within a short distance. Highly recommend booking this.

Excellent property with great amenities. The hosts were thoughtful and paid attention to detail when designing this experience. Certainly one of the nicest Airbnb homes that I have visited. Our hosts were responsive and available. The gift basket and available coffee were nice touches. The private garage was convenient. I recommend this property without reservation.

Mikhail's place was a great fit for our mini family reunion. It fit our three families. Mikhail had extra beds and a pack and play set up for us on arrival. He communicated clearly and proactively, including the house expectations. He gave us access to their outdoor gear, which was great for the nearby park. All in all, a very pleasant stay for us!

Very clean. As far as Air B&B goes I’ve seen a lot of great pictures and then arrived at a place that was not to great. This was not the case. This place is Clean. Clean. Clean. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower was clean and towels were nice. Big sports TV in the living room. $10 uber to downtown. Couch is big enough to sleep two. New carpets upstairs had that extra clean feel. Easy check in. Easy to deal with host. Would stay again.

I don’t think the host mentions it is a historical house in the listing. I could be wrong, maybe he did. It needs to be added if it isn’t, I loved all the features of the historical home (stained glass window above the bedroom door, old fireplaces, original floor in the kitchen). It’s those small details that made me enjoy the house more! Especially coming from a city that houses aren’t built that long ago

Beautiful neighborhood! Our stay felt like home away from home... beds were comfortable, decor was lovely. The host is very thoughtful in providing many extras to help make one's stay even more pleasant (toiletries, laundry facilities including laundry soap, stocked up on towels, etc). There's even a snack tray in the kitchen! :)

We booked Brooke's place for Memorial Day weekend. For four people, the place was more than big enough! The three bathrooms were such a good bonus (it was a little smaller than expected but still worked out!). The living area was spacious and the small dining table allowed for board games (which was provided by Brooke!). The two king beds were also a great bonus after a busy day out and the added blankets in the closet were much appreciated! We didn't use the outside area but I can imagine it is nice for anyone who likes to have their coffee outside or is traveling with any pets. Overall, would 100% book again if in town and I highly recommend any traveling family to definitely consider Brooke's spot.

John is a very helpful nice man! Some problems arised while on business at our stay and John was super easy to work with and very responsive! He was willing to help in any way and has a very clean, cozy, and peaceful property for you to stay! Friendly for all ages and much to do! Well worth the price, if you are in need of a stay in the Indy Fishers area I highly recommend Johns property!

This was a very cozy, great place to just relax… nice restaurants and dirt car races along with casinos and horse racing near by ! John

Dear Lindsay and Michael, it was pleasant to stay here on the special occasion of Convocation ceremony held on 8th and 9th of May 2025 in Indiana University. The serene place being in the close proximity of Bloomington was perfect for our three day stay. We enjoyed all detailed amenities provided indoor. You took care of all basic needs required within and outside home comfort. We would definitely recommend riddle point retreat to more friends for their smooth and enjoyable stay. Thanks

Beautiful location overlooking the park. The house was a vacation in itself! We appreciated the portable fans, well stocked kitchen, and beautiful views. We loved how spacious it was. Can’t wait to come back!
