Our lovely farmhouse is minutes from Lake Lemon, Griffey Lake, Indiana University & many spots in Bloomington. Conveniently not far from I-69, we're 20 minutes away from Nashville. This is a basement apartment with private bedroom, private bathroom, large living/dining area, & kitchenette. Shared front door & ~10 steps inside main floor. The ranch is 50+ acres with 8+ acres of woods for hiking, pastures with cattle, a heated pool & patio area, & a beautiful front porch looking over the ranch.

This room is a good value. It is close enough to Indianapolis yet peaceful, clean, quiet, and private. We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. Internet available but spotty due to rural location. Large private hot tub and firepit surrounded by woods and corn! Firewood provided at no charge. Across the street and walking distance to IU's sports facilities, this chic and modern wooded retreat is a short drive or bike to downtown Bloomington's vibrant nightlife and community activities. The studio apartment boasts a skylit bathroom, a full kitchen with custom-made cabinets, washer/dryer on site, and professional decorating. It’s only a short drive, or slightly longer hike to Griffy Lake, only one mile to IU Health Bloomington hospital, and minutes to I69.

Private Prospect Flat

Two bedroom apartment located on picturesque Covered Bridge Road in Prospect, KY. There is a separate entrance with plenty of parking. Beautiful views of Kentucky landscape from every window. Our property is four acres with a meandering stream, forest, and fields. There is a fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher. The main bedroom includes a work space area and two closets. Feel free to grab a few eggs for breakfast if there are eggs in the nesting boxes.

Delectable Delor

Private section of home. There are no shared spaces, so you have privacy, but I do live on the other side of the house which is divided by a locked door. You have your own entrance through the front door, and off street parking. My entrance is the back of the house through the gate, which is off limits. Please be aware that 2 cats live on my side of the house, for those of you with allergies, but they won't have access to your space when you’re there.

Strawbale Bungalow. Bloomington, Indiana, USA.

Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.

We want your pets (and ours) to be as safe and comfortable as you are, and the fee covers additional costs to complete allergen level sanitization.

Room is a stand alone efficiency with a kitchenette, blackout curtains, and reclining queen bed. It has one designated parking space and seperate entrance. Unit has private bath and walk in closet, and kitchenete. Also has refeigerator, coffee maker, work desk microwave, 42" smart tv, Ninja airfryer oven, and couch. Private porch with table and chairs. Close/secure single parking space.
