Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Large prestigious apartment on the Presqu'île

Experience luxury with this spacious accommodation combining the character of the old and the comfort of the contemporary. Completely redone by an interior designer, it has beautiful floors, fireplaces and refined decor. The living room has been completely redone and updated photos are in progress. You will enjoy the charm of an old apartment in an ideal location with all the contemporary advantages. Breakfast, towels and bedding are included. Baby crib possible. It is not intended to accommodate more than 4 adults. Guests have access to the entire property. I am always available via email and phone. The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. The 100 m2 independent design loft opens onto a large living space consisting of a living room, open kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and a mezzanine upstairs. The living room has a large leather sofa, an armchair and a flat-screen TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a central island. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sink, washing machine and toilet. Both bedrooms have a 160 bed and a closet.

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
