Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Southern France

The beautiful room with outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining room had everything you need for relaxing days. A fragrant, tasteful bedroom with good Bed and beautiful linen, a wonderful covered and well-maintained dining area with outdoor kitchen, functionally furnished. A large pool, to be used at any time and larger than in the pictures, wonderful in hot temperatures after a trip - and even illuminated at night. A central location to explore Provence and the Carmargue, on absolutely private and large grounds with the landlady Marie Agnes and her discreet family. In a quiet, friendly and pleasant way, Marie Agnes anticipated our every wish and gave good tips for the area. Beautiful bird and frog concert in the evening. Where can we start - if there were 6 stars we would be giving Amanda that. Amanda’s place is phenomenal and relaxing and beautiful. Amanda felt like family immediately, she is kind and accomodating and made our stay perfect and very special. She is incredibly generous with her time and resources. We will miss her and the property and the beautiful animals. If you get the opportunity to come here you are truely blessed. We can’t wait to come back xxx

This is a gem near Nimes. The accommodation was exactly as expected. Nelly gives suggestions on what to do nearby, the nearest supermarket and transportation tips. The garden and swimming pool are heavenly and very welcome during the hot days. Special mention for the house dog, Plume, who makes every guest feel at home immediately. Keep in mind that the streets around the residence and Nimes as a whole are not equipped for wide cars. If you have a wide car, you can go on foot (about 35 minutes) or by taxi/Uber to the city. Recommended!

We’ve just returned from the most unforgettable stay — and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, everything was pure perfection. The setting is absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds that feel like something out of a dream. The accommodation itself was stylish, spotless, and so thoughtfully put together. The pool area was a slice of paradise — peaceful, relaxing, and impeccably maintained. Julien and his family were the most gracious hosts, making us feel completely at home from the very beginning. It was one of those rare stays that leaves you already dreaming about your return. The BEST air BnB we have ever stayed at. Thanks again Julian

This home is in an outstanding location overlooking the lake and Lugano. We were blown away by the view from every window. The location was very peaceful, and the home was extremely well-stocked. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony or the covered deck every day (depending on how hot it was!). The home is located a quick drive to downtown Lugano, and a short drive to the top of Monte Bre (highly recommend!) and to Gandria (also highly recommend). We fell in love with Lugano and the surrounding area thanks in part to this house…we will definitely be back.

Honeymoon - such a beautiful and romantic setting, just perfection. We spent hours soaking in the beauty of the landscape. The house itself is stunning too, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of walking / activities nearby and the local marketing was brilliant too!

Fabulous holiday home away from home. My heartfelt recommendation! Olivier and Hiroko welcomed us warmly, explained how everything works, and gave excellent tips of restaurants, shops, wineries etc. to visit. The house matched the description and is just lovely. The verdant garden and table outside offer terrific views over the valley and hills beyond and the pool is great if the weather's hot. The village is nice but doesn't offer many services. The nearby hill Mont Rome is worth the hike for views across the wide valley. Beaune is easy to reach by car and there's good private parking space right near the house.

We had a wonderful vacation in the Provence! Valerie's place is beautiful and set in one of the most beautiful and quiet villages in the region. It has great views and it made us feel really at home. The apartment has everything that we needed - it was clean, very cozy and tastefully furnished. Valerie was a great host - she gave us excellent recommendations about the local restaurants and we felt really welcomed there. We will definitely come back!

This flat is so beautiful! The view is just the most unique and the deck is great for relaxing. It’s equipped with all the basic amenities - oil, salt and pepper, shampoo and conditioner, kitchen equipped for cooking, etc. The air conditioner worked well. Mathieu let us in personally and had lots of information. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed for a week with my friend and this place was ideal for location, quick 10-15 min walk to the ramblas but was out of the hussle of the tourist. Apartment was gorgeous, clean tidy and having a private terrace was a gorgeous touch. Would book this place again if I was to come back to Barcelona!

Words can’t really describe how perfect this place is. The location is impeccable - you will want to live on the patio. 😻 It’s serene and feels private even though there are other units nearby. The place is equipped with everything you need and was super comfortable. There is a convenient bus stop right out front to get into town if needed (super helpful with luggage and groceries!) but the walk is easy and beautiful. Jenny was an excellent host - kind and responsive and provided tons of detail. I would stay here again - and hope to if I’m lucky enough to return!

Andrea is a truly fantastic host, the information on the recommended places was exactly as he had presented them to us, the location is wonderful, knowing that animals were allowed for us the host already had an extra advantage, we retired our dog before leaving because we knew that in some destinations within the Gran Paradiso National Park they were not allowed, rightly so since marmots, roe deer and ibexes must be respected like the rest of nature, but we also have 4 parakeets, obviously in a cage, and we asked Andrea if we could bring them and he quickly replied that there was no problem. Upon arrival, we found eggs, milk, and homemade jam that we really appreciated. For any communication with the host, the response is always quick, so 5 stars in each evaluation cycle are truly deserved. Thank you, Andrea.

You can’t beat Life in the skyline of Milan with the incredible Milan Central Station as a backdrop.

This place is amazing! The quiet nights on the patio, or walking down to the lake to enjoy the lights in the castle with evening setting on Lake Como were so wonderfully relaxing. I would recommend to anyone wanting to escape the insanity of Varenna. Other pluses. Town parking pass for Dervio. Amazing breakfast waiting for the ferry there, full kitchen for spectacular sunset meals with the best view of the lake!

Beautiful apartment, great area for bars/ restaurants and easy access to Metro. From start to finish Francesca was super helpful, super response with great recommendations. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend!

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! My partner & I whole heartedly recommend you consider Enrica’s attic for you lodgings at Lake Como! Cameron June 2025
