Charming barn conversion in the Kent countryside

Barneta is the annex of a converted barn and is set in an idyllic spot on a sheep farm in the heart of the Kentish countryside but only 10 minutes drive from Hildenborough train station with trains to London and the South Coast. All the amenities of Royal Tunbridge Wells are 20 minutes drive away. It is an excellent base for walking and there are many places of interest to discover such as Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone and Hever Castles with fantastic local pubs along the routes.

Situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Speldhurst with its 13th century inn (The George and Dragon), this room is perfect for those in search of lovely dog walks and beautiful local countryside. Historic castles, vineyards of Sussex, Royal Tunbridge Wells Spa town is a short drive or even a walk away. The house is in a rural setting with great walks and some excellent pubs along the way.

We live on a quiet cul-de-sac. Garden Lodge is at the top of our garden so expect to have to climb some steps (17 made of bricks). It has lovely views of the garden and surrounding area. Garden Lodge is made of reclaimed bricks and has a polish concrete floor. It has a small kitchen area outside the main building. It has a decking with outdoor garden furniture and a fire pit.
