We are located on a 2.75 acre homestead property just south of Albuquerque in a small agricultural community. It is a perfect retreat space for those looking to get away but stay close to amenities. We live in an 1890 adobe home that shares the property with the casita and we have quiet and friendly neighbors. We have a handful of fruit trees, a hoop house where we are growing vegetables, and a wild 1 acre field. The property is fully fenced with private parking right outside the casita.

The Casita is completely private and is heated and cooled by mini-splits in the living room and bedroom. There is secure parking for a sedan style vehicle, but it cannot accommodate larger vehicles like large trucks or SUVs.

Secluded warm 3br home in the north valley, bamboo floors, patio with view of Sandia Mountains, memory foam beds, washer and dryer, walk to Flying Star Bakery and Cafe, Historic Old Town 3mi away. 16 foot high viewing deck gives you a view of the valley and sunrises and sunsets. You can see balloons flying almost every morning from the deck or back patio. For an added fee a swimming pool and hot tub is available.
