The neighborhood is safe, welcoming & walkable. You'll find tiny parks and Little Libraries scattered throughout! You'll be a drive away from the Balloon Fiesta Park and within walking distance to Nob Hill, a vibrant district on Route 66. There is an outdoor porch, and a lush and beautiful yard.

Private Casita at the Desert River Farm

We are located on a 2.75 acre homestead property just south of Albuquerque in a small agricultural community. It is a perfect retreat space for those looking to get away but stay close to amenities. We live in an 1890 adobe home that shares the property with the casita and we have quiet and friendly neighbors. We have a handful of fruit trees, a hoop house where we are growing vegetables, and a wild 1 acre field. The property is fully fenced with private parking right outside the casita.
