Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in South Tampa

I really enjoyed staying at Jay and Jenny's AirBnB in Hyde Park. The home is within walking distance of Bayshore Boulevard and Hyde Park Village, so you don't even need to drive a car during your stay. If I'm in need of an AirBnB in my neighborhood again I definitely will book with Jay and Jenny.

I had a little trouble getting in initially. There were extensive directions and links to videos to and instructions. The video were the most helpful part in locating access to theme apartment. It took about 30 mins to gain access after wandering around. After gaining access everything was fantastic. Cute, clean studio with great amenities in a wonderful location. I would absolutely stay at Toni’s place again!

Great location, clean place, very responsive and professional host. Very affordable for distance to armature works.

Victor was very attentive and friendly, giving us a ton of local recommendations. The location was quiet and remote, but within a 10 minute drive to downtown St Pete. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment complex was gorgeous and the space we rented was beautiful with great amenities. It was conveniently located near the mall and the airport making it accessible to anything we needed during our stay.

This place was absolutely fantastic, with amazing amenities, a perfect location just a short walk from everything you need, and the incredible host Sara, who was super responsive and made my stay incredibly comfortable—definitely a 10/10 recommendation for anyone visiting Tampa

Love this place and Linda was a great host! She was attentive to our texts and even let us in early which was a lifesaver with three kids and an early flight in. Even with three boys this cozy apartment fit us comfortably. Beautiful neighborhood too, I felt safe enough to walk with my three boys to the gas station while my wife took a nap. 10 out of 10 Thanks Linda!

This home is BEAUTIFUL! Everything was clean, modern, spacious, and the host are GREAT! My wife and kids voted this our #1 stay on Air BnB thus far! Amazing place

Perfect for us - very well appointed, comfortable place in a central location.

My husband and I stumbled on this place for a last minute, short trip to Tampa and it was amazing - very spacious and more than two of us really needed, but such a lovely stay! The walk to the bay took maybe 1 minute, and it was a wonderful, private location to get back to when we weren’t out and about. It’s a great spot with a great host, and we would love to come back and stay, especially if we travel with some family. Thanks, Jason!

Definitely a great stay and worth every penny

I had seen Priyank listing a few times, his color scheme and style caught my attention. This was a last minute booking and worked out perfectly. The location is very convenient and plenty of parking. Very well maintained property and you can really see where Priyank did not miss any opportunities to pay attention to detail. From q-tips and extra towels in the bathroom to TVs in both bedrooms tastefully installed with extra linens available! The kitchen has everything you could need, including 5 different coffee making options. I tried 3 of them! I made dinner for myself and used the air fryer as suggested from Priyank to cook steaks. They came out awesome! Communication was easy and amazing hospitality provided throughout! Totally recommended for everyone to stay visiting Tampa and I know for sure I will be back. They really did a great job here!!

The space was spotless! Comfy beds and lots of pillows. Thoughtful amenities throughout the home. Host was extremely responsive. The location was perfect for our stay. We will definitely stay here again. The host and others mentioned the road noise. It really wasn’t a problem for us but having the Alexa for white noise was a great addition. Highly recommend!

Christy and Kaye made it easy for us to enjoy our stay .. we requested for an early checkin and late checkout as we had odd connections, that despite being made last minute, were accommodated in friendly manner after their due diligence with Cleaning Agency and Bookings. All of us had a comfortable stay and we look forward to coming again whenever in future. Thank you very much 😊

We had a really great stay here! The place smelled nice & fresh, had beautiful views, & the bed was pretty comfy! Chris was extremely responsive & communicative. The security guard was nice & the place is very easy to find, with tons of parking. We enjoyed every minute!

Such an awesome place to stay with amazing views. Clean and had extra essentials which makes it nice. Loved the fan and TV above the bed and the large shower. I traveled alone and felt completely safe. I would definitely stay again.

Lisas place was in a great location to visit many of the local attractions. Her commutation was superb. I will definitely be back!

This place was perfect! We found that whatever we needed or forgot was provided in the condo. The beds were comfy, lots of pillows, and loved sitting with our coffees (lots of varieties) on the balcony. Definitely be returning.

It was a very clean place and a great location. We were there to attend an event at Raymond James which was only a short drive, and close enough to the beach to enjoy that as well. The balcony was nice and private. We loved being able to just sit and enjoy the peaceful water view!

Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and daughter. Condo was very clean and our bed was comfortable and my daughter said she slept well on drop down sleeper couch. Henrique was quick to respond to any questions and was super flexible for check in/out. If in Tampa area would stay again. Great clean place.

Words cannot describe how satisfied we were with our stay! We’ve stayed at many Air bnb’s and so far this has been the BEST!!! They are stocked with anything you can think of like seasonings, complimentary coffee and water and even snacks for a small price. Also, towels, rags, toothbrushes and even robes! There is a Publix right down stairs! The place was clean, location was perfect and view was beautiful!! All the directions were clear and the host personally meets you and checks you in. 10/10 experience!!!! We will be back for sure!
