Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in South Tampa

We had a wonderful time in Tampa for our daughter’s graduation. It was cost effective and easy instructions to understand. We had no issue getting into the building at midnight (after I found the keypad, which I was exhausted from traveling so it was a “me issue”-lol). Thanks for allowing us to rent with you and we appreciate the hospitality.

Had a wonderful 2 weeks here. Jessica was very helpful and obliging. Will definitely be coming back. Beds and pillows super comfortable. Everything was here that we needed.

I had a great stay at Johnathan’s Airbnb! The space was super clean, well-kept, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. You can tell he takes pride in maintaining the property. Johnathan was very communicative and easy to reach, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He was also really friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. Great stay! Suite was clean and quiet, and beautiful pool area to soak up the sun. Host was communicative, quickly accommodating an unexpected early check-in for me. Great value for a peaceful stay in beautiful Tampa.

The check-in is correctly described, a little confusing and parking is not very clear. you should pick the non reserved spots or you may get in trouble. That said, I would go back in a heartbeat

Would recommend to anyone because every time we come back home to visit I have stayed here multiple times and my family and I love it because everything we need is close by. This is one of our favorite stays when we visit Tampa.

Andrea was a blessing and so was her home! Every one loved it ! Beds were comfy! Snacks came in as needed! Definitely will be booking again when I’m in town again! Highly recommend!

Such an awesome place to stay with amazing views. Clean and had extra essentials which makes it nice. Loved the fan and TV above the bed and the large shower. I traveled alone and felt completely safe. I would definitely stay again.

What a delightful find - Mallory is an excellent host and her condo was clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and well stocked with coffee and toiletries.

This place was perfect! We found that whatever we needed or forgot was provided in the condo. The beds were comfy, lots of pillows, and loved sitting with our coffees (lots of varieties) on the balcony. Definitely be returning.

Beautiful home, very cute and amazing view as soon as you open the door. Everything is clean and adorable. Everything you need, and there is a bar, pool, sand area with chairs and tiki shades, swings, easy to get into and out of, parking was a breeze. Close to the interstate and local foods and beaches. Saw dolphins from the balcony both mornings!! Beautiful place, I’ll definitely stay again. Also, kid friendly! They have a pack and play, a fan, air Matress, heater, literally everything you need.

Rosys place was just what I was looking for a weekend to explore Tampa, the perfect stay for my bf, bff and I. It was easy to get to, felt safe, beautiful surroundings, home was serene, no noise pollution, all amenities as described! Thanks Rosy!

We had such a wonderful stay at Jimmy’s place. We had to book a place very quickly and he answered us within minutes, got us reserved and checked in early. He was so helpful and easy to work with! The house was beautiful, clean and very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of places to sit and relax or hang out and play games and chat. It was a great experience! We had a great stay at Joel's place from May 8-12 while we were visiting Tampa for our daughter's graduation from USF and USAF Commissioning. Joel was very responsive, friendly, provided lots of recommendations, and made us feel welcome. Upon arrival there was a welcoming graduation sign in the yard along with flowers, a card and some decorations inside. This was a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated. It was also wonderful to have k-cups, water, sugar, etc. provided for us at the house. I also loved that there was workout equipment in the garage area. I used the treadmill a couple mornings before venturing out for a daytime activities. The house is super convenient to Busch Gardens and USF's campus.

The stay was very nice and cozy. The neighborhood was super quiet as well. It was a very relaxing getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay and our kids went wild with the HUGE hot tub and the play room was an awesome bonus. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with anything I could possibly need to make meals for the family. Very clean and spacious

Very clean and comfortable bungalow with a stellar backyard area with lots of seating and places to lounge. Multiple tvs and a very fun game room, and three spacious bedrooms. Located in a great area with just two miles to Publix and other retail locations. The kitchen was fully stocked - could use a little love, as the silverware and cutlery were well used - and clean. The hosts are truly the hidden asset of this unit. Upon arrival, we learned that the previous tenant had broke the coffee pot. We asked Lorena about this on arrival and had a new coffee pot delivered in 90 minutes! Never had faster responses to any requests, and it was all positive. Very impressed and would stay again.

Matthew was great to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his place! If you need a place within walking distance of some beautiful parks, within driving distance of the beach, close to some fantastic restaurants, and with a pool to relax in in the evenings, then this is the place for you!

Perfect couples getaway!!! We had an amazing stay for our anniversary! Its private, perfect size, super great tub, amazing outdoor space, close to everything, and Ken was great! We will definitely stay here again!!
