Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in South Tampa

Great place to stay. Walking distance to Hyde park shopping and 10 min away from downtown Tampa and beach. St pete isn’t but a 30 min Uber. Very clean house as well with a lot of space.

We had a wonderful stay at Dayanna’s place— the space was absolutely perfect for our family of five, including three energetic kids (one of whom is a teen!). The decor had a fun (some may say "girly") flair and the covered pool and the huge selection of family games always provided something to do. The location was super convenient, with shops just a short drive away. We also made a day trip to Clearwater Beach, which was an easy 45-minute ride and totally worth it.

We enjoyed our stay the cute little Villa ! We will definitely be back another time to stay ❤️

Really enjoyed this rental space as it had a dining room table that also served as a pool table for some family. Fun. Also enjoyed the artificial grass out back so if you wanted to walk around without shoes you could comfortably. The size of the bedrooms and amount of space was able to accommodate our family of six without us feeling cluttered or on top of each other. There were TVs in every room which made it easier when someone needed a break from the group. The pool is a good size as well where we had enough space to swim and play games. Definitely would rent this space again!

We had a wonderful stay!! The place was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures. There is some highway noise, but that was expected and did not have an effect on our sleep at all. The place is very well appointed with everything needed. Communication was on point from the time the reservation was made until check out. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!

We had a great stay at this property. We were visiting to watch some baseball at Steinbrenner field and it was the perfect location. The host was amazing and the place was clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Perfect space for my boyfriend and I to stay at while in town for the Metallica concert. Clear instructions for check in and check out. The area was easy to find and felt private. price was reasonable and Anthony was responsive when we asked questions. We had no issues during our stay and would happily book again if we return.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb for our girls weekend! The house was spotless, exactly as described, and incredibly comfortable for our group of seven women. It had everything we needed and more—perfectly set up for a relaxing and fun getaway. The location was ideal, just a short walk to beautiful Bayshore. Christy was so responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely love to stay again in the future!

I had a little trouble getting in initially. There were extensive directions and links to videos to and instructions. The video were the most helpful part in locating access to theme apartment. It took about 30 mins to gain access after wandering around. After gaining access everything was fantastic. Cute, clean studio with great amenities in a wonderful location. I would absolutely stay at Toni’s place again!

I would definitely stay here and recommend it to others. The private oasis in the back is wonderful, I wish I had time to enjoy it!

We had a great time in Richard's place. It was easy to find and check in, a great location for our trip, and there were lots of little thoughtful items like snacks and waters for us. Super nice in the Florida heat. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and the house felt nice and private. Richard was clear on check-in instructions and flexible on timing for us. He also was very responsive during the stay when we had questions or concerns. We definitely would stay here again. 10/10

Felt like home

Michael’s place was an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The space had a simple and elegant style that made it feel instantly relaxing and welcoming. We had more than enough room to unwind, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect—easy access to major roads and walking distance to great coffee shops. Michael was an outstanding host: responsive, helpful, and truly went the extra mile to make sure our stay was seamless.

I would recommend this space to others! I know it was my nice because my mom mentioned it several times haha. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. I especially liked sitting on the deck. Highlights: As described Clean Spacious Very safe Enough space for two cars parking one in front of the other Beautiful mango tree out front There’s a neighborhood Peacock! Beds are comfy Communicative hosts Convenient location for walking and/or driving to places easily Full kitchen and laundry with supplies including dishes, basic seasonings, laundry detergent, tea kettle, the keurig thing, body wash, etc Considerations: Parking is narrow and when there’s someone in both a and b. It can feel too close to the fence or close to the trash cans depending on which side you’re on. 10am feels like an early checkout to me. I wish it was at least 11am like hotels since they still have the 4pm check in.

Stayed here when working for Metallica in Tampa over the weekend I was there. Overall the location was decent with a lot of things close by. You definitely will need a car or Uber around but was overall a good experience. The Ac unit in the room did leak water the first day I was there but the host handled it very quickly and got it situated.

GOOD VIBES!! This condo is amazing! Waterfront, had a bar and food, spots to lay out and tan, heated pool. Chris was an amazing host, let us check in early, super clean, smelt good inside, super responsive , accommodating and helpful. Will book again in the future. thank you!!! 5 stars:)

I loved the condo, it was a Corner unit a lot of privacy and relaxing in the morning outside the unit with beautiful outdoor chairs drinking our coffee. When we arrived and enter the unit its was stunning and spotless and it had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom including comfy bath robes My husband in I will come back soon! Sharon was our host and very pleasant and professional and was always available if we needed something. I would highly recommend this condo

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Tampa! The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet area but still super convenient to everything we wanted to do. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Would absolutely stay here again!

This place was perfect! We found that whatever we needed or forgot was provided in the condo. The beds were comfy, lots of pillows, and loved sitting with our coffees (lots of varieties) on the balcony. Definitely be returning.

It was a very clean place and a great location. We were there to attend an event at Raymond James which was only a short drive, and close enough to the beach to enjoy that as well. The balcony was nice and private. We loved being able to just sit and enjoy the peaceful water view!

Words cannot describe how satisfied we were with our stay! We’ve stayed at many Air bnb’s and so far this has been the BEST!!! They are stocked with anything you can think of like seasonings, complimentary coffee and water and even snacks for a small price. Also, towels, rags, toothbrushes and even robes! There is a Publix right down stairs! The place was clean, location was perfect and view was beautiful!! All the directions were clear and the host personally meets you and checks you in. 10/10 experience!!!! We will be back for sure!

Andy’s place was perfect for our stay! Very comfortable and in a great location.

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.
