My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Our needs were anticipated and any questions we had were answered quickly. Bradley's was perfect for our family of four. With two kids, it was enough space for us all. The rooms were spacious and the little touches made the stay so memorable. We will be back to Tampa and will always look to reserve this spot because of the location, the space, and the most gracious host.

Such a pretty place to stay, everything was clean and perfect to take cute pics. The beds were so comfortable to sleep on. Definitely recommend for an overnight stay and it’s right next to a bunch of food and shopping.

We had a great stay at this property. We were visiting to watch some baseball at Steinbrenner field and it was the perfect location. The host was amazing and the place was clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

This was one of the best homes I have stayed in. Cornelia’s home is immaculate and decorated so nicely. Kitchen is well stocked including spices for cooking. Loved the little extras like snacks, bottle of wine in the fridge, makeup wipes in the bathroom. I would highly recommend this home if you’re taking a trip to Tampa.

Matthew's home was beautiful, clean and exactly how it was described in the listing. Matthew answered all of my questions very quickly and was kind and friendly. The neighborhood was very nice and upscale, it was peaceful and I felt very safe staying there. The pool was such a nice treat and clean with lots of seating. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need a place in Tampa, so close to the airport, Steinbrenner Field and the football stadium, so convenient! Thank you Matthew!!

We love the Air BNB, the pool was amazing, the house smelled good, and the bed was neat. The house was clean and we loved the pool table and bored games there. The bed was comfy and we enjoy our vacation here! We would love to come back here again for vacation! Thank you Tara for the Air BNB!

This house was IMMACULATE! First, it was really easy to find and easy to park. Check in was a snap and the house was homey and had everything we needed. Something that is always important to me is the coffee situation and they had a Keurig which was awesome! I brought my own pods and felt at home in the morning. The sheets are super soft and the bed firm. We had tons of space to spread out and the TV situation was easy to use. The house is clean, smells good, and has every amenity you might need. I highly recommend Jaime and Maya's house!

Taylor's place was very clean and peaceful, aligned with the photos, well decorated and very organized. Neighborhood was quiet: we could park the car with ease and free, close to the center of Tampa Bay City (5 min by car). Recommend it if you want to visit Tampa Bay and relax a bit!

My second stay here. Always clean, great for 1 or 2 people. Beth is great and super helpful if you need anything. Would definitely recommend. I’ll certainly book another stay on my next trip to Tampa!

I would recommend this space to others! I know it was my nice because my mom mentioned it several times haha. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. I especially liked sitting on the deck. Below are just some highlights and considerations for others. Highlights: As described Clean Spacious Very safe Enough space for two cars parking one in front of the other Beautiful mango tree out front There’s a neighborhood Peacock! Beds are comfy Communicative hosts Convenient location for walking and/or driving to places easily Full kitchen and laundry with supplies including dishes, basic seasonings, laundry detergent, tea kettle, the keurig thing, body wash, etc Considerations: Parking is narrow and when there’s someone in both a and b. It can feel too close to the fence or close to the trash cans depending on which side you’re on. 10am feels like an early checkout to me. I wish it was at least 11am like hotels since they still have the 4pm check in.

I would like to start off by complimenting Erin for the way she keeps this unit, It was as described and very well kept. It took us longer to get from the airport baggage claim to the rental car terminal than for us to drive to our unit. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be contacting Erin for future rentals.

I enjoyed my stay at your listing. Pictures and description matched the place and everything was very clean. I recommend to anyone who is staying in the tampa area and want to be near to downtown as well as other points of interest.

I loved the condo, it was a Corner unit a lot of privacy and relaxing in the morning outside the unit with beautiful outdoor chairs drinking our coffee. When we arrived and enter the unit its was stunning and spotless and it had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom including comfy bath robes My husband in I will come back soon! Sharon was our host and very pleasant and professional and was always available if we needed something. I would highly recommend this condo

Beautiful home, very cute and amazing view as soon as you open the door. Everything is clean and adorable. Everything you need, and there is a bar, pool, sand area with chairs and tiki shades, swings, easy to get into and out of, parking was a breeze. Close to the interstate and local foods and beaches. Saw dolphins from the balcony both mornings!! Beautiful place, I’ll definitely stay again. Also, kid friendly! They have a pack and play, a fan, air Matress, heater, literally everything you need.

It was a very clean place and a great location. We were there to attend an event at Raymond James which was only a short drive, and close enough to the beach to enjoy that as well. The balcony was nice and private. We loved being able to just sit and enjoy the peaceful water view!

Words cannot describe how satisfied we were with our stay! We’ve stayed at many Air bnb’s and so far this has been the BEST!!! They are stocked with anything you can think of like seasonings, complimentary coffee and water and even snacks for a small price. Also, towels, rags, toothbrushes and even robes! There is a Publix right down stairs! The place was clean, location was perfect and view was beautiful!! All the directions were clear and the host personally meets you and checks you in. 10/10 experience!!!! We will be back for sure!

Needed a quick get away close to home and David’s place was literally perfect! The neighbors are super friendly and nice too! Dennis the next door neighbor was so sweet! I really appreciated how friendly and helpful he was.

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.

Andy’s place was perfect for our stay! Very comfortable and in a great location.
