Apartment vacation rentals in South Tampa

The apartment is in a great location in easy walking distance to everything around the channel district, lots of restaurants and a Publix grocery store. It was clean, in a nice building, easy to access and the host was kind and communicated with us well. I'd stay here again for sure.

It was a great place to stay at if you’re on vacation! The entire space was clean and easy to find. All restaurants and activities are about 5-10 mins away from it. Host was absolutely fantastic kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone and will definitely be back again!

Dani’s place was great for my short trip to Tampa to visit some friends! She reached out to make sure I made it in okay and if I needed anything else. I do wish the patio had seating but other than everything was perfect. I will definitely book this place again.

We had a fantastic stay in the beautiful Hyde Park historic homes area! The neighborhood is absolutely charming—tree-lined streets, stunning historic architecture, and such a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. One of the best parts was how walkable everything was. We were just a short stroll from the River Walk, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the area without needing to drive. Laura’s place was the perfect home base. It was cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. You can tell Laura really cares about her guests—every detail was taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for charm, convenience, and a relaxing experience in one of the loveliest parts of the city!

Cute AirBnB! This was a great location centered conveniently in Hyde Park area. We loved walking the darling surrounding neighborhood as well as walking to neighboring restaurants and along Bayshore.

We liked the place a lot. If we want to stay in Tampa or Westchase again, we will definitely try to rent from Gustavo again. Me and my son especially liked the gym, coworking space and pool area. Appartment was better than expected.

The check-in is correctly described, a little confusing and parking is not very clear. you should pick the non reserved spots or you may get in trouble. That said, I would go back in a heartbeat

I loved this little unit. The high ceilings really make it feel huge inside! The windows also add tons of light. If you like to cook the kitchen is very large for an Airbnb. Parking was also easy.

It was a little confusing to find the apartment at first as we had entered into the wrong doorway from the parking garage. The apartment was very tidy. I would recommend updating the blankets and pillows as they were quite worn down. I would also recommend a small table on either side of the couch so that you may set a beverage on it. The pool was absolutely stunning. Everyone around us was very pleasant.

The guesthouse was cute and spacious! Perfect for two people. Parking in the back is a little tight but not a big issue. Host was very responsive and friendly. Overall very happy with our stay!

I had a great stay at Johnathan’s Airbnb! The space was super clean, well-kept, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. You can tell he takes pride in maintaining the property. Great place, nice and quiet neighborhood. Very close little marketplace around the corner if you need any water, soda, meat or toiletries. Very good cuban restaurant next to it. Pool was very relaxing and the grill was very clean as well. If I ever came back to Tampa I would definitely book here again. Yenia was very nice and very accommodating!

If your looking for a place with lots to do yet quiet and inviting then look no further this is it! Great Water view , lots of dolphins an manatee’s. Pools beach, fishing, great eating! Go book it now, you won’t be sorry!

Very clean, great location! We were there for a concert at the England Brothers Park. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Hosts were quick to respond with a couple of questions I had.

Very nice hosts, well- stocked kitchen and bathroom, great water pressure, and access to the laundry room. Beautiful outdoor space including grill and hot tub! All in all Liz's place is very nice for the price! Would stay again:)

We loved it! Steps to beach, steps to waterway steps to two great pools and a hot tub, enjoyed the walk on the pier and steps to two great restaurants! Great value!
