Cosy Flo's is a newly converted modern one bed rental. Ideally located with just a 20 minute stroll to the heart of Tynemouth, Longsands Beach and North Shields Fish Quay. The local area is full to the brim of things to do and see. We are a 15 minute drive from Newcastle city centre. The rental is super cosy, immaculately cleaned and safe. A perfect base to explore all that Tynemouth and Northumberland has to offer. One of the rare properties in the area with free parking and garage space.

It’s set upon a nature reserve called blackberry hills/ Harton Downhill and overlooks The Leas which is a national trust beauty spot. New Stay-cation Get-away - Beach Haven

Come and relax, chill in my comfortable, cosy ground floor, one bed flat. Waking up each morning and having easy access to our stunning costline and scenery. Although there is no outdoor space at my home, there is the beautiful newly refurbished North Marine Park, which is literally over the road and five minutes walk to the stunning beach, with fabulous views of the pier's where you can sit and watch ships, liners and yachts sailing on the river Tyne with Tynemouth Priory in the distance.

Sea Glass Suite, outstanding views, free parking

Our beautiful, perfectly situated, large seafront 2 bedroom apartment, is set over two floors, here in Roker , Sunderland. One of the most sought after places to stay . It’s a perfect place for business or pleasure whilst visiting the Northeast of England. Close to pubs, restaurants and amenities, you couldn't ask for a better place to call your home away from home. We have recently had several small independent eateries open serving excellent food and drink. Which I can highly recommend.
