Jed's place is very clean and is located close to local restaurants. Jed proactively reached out and provided helpful instructions before we arrived. My family had a great time staying there.

Renzo's place is peaceful and quiet. Everything was as described. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was well made. It took a while for the hot water to come out, but it was not a big deal. The kitchen was modernly remodeled and very bright with the skylight. We did not go out to the backyard, but it was very large and bluebirds greeted us. I was surprised to see many spices in the kitchen. All the rooms were clean and the front door was easy to access. Thanks to Renzo, a kind host and artist.

Loved staying at this house. It’s clean, spacious, comfortable, and in a great location with the backyard being the El Dorado National Forest for hiking and just a few minutes from the lake, the casinos, and Heavenly village. Kristina was responsive, friendly, and flexible. Will definitely stay there again.

One of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in! Everything was clean and just as pictured! If you have a family, this place was perfect! Well stocked in every baby item you could possibly need! We also had a blast taking out the paddle boards to the lake everyday! The hot tub was clean and peaceful and the beds were so comfortable! I would highly recommend! Definitely worth the price!!

The location and the stunning views were a highlight of our stay. We loved how easy it was to access great restaurants in both Tahoe City and King’s Beach, and hiking trails. Lize’s recommendations for places to explore added so much to our experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely and Cozy! We felt right at home!!

Our large family group enjoyed staying here. The home has a spacious floor plan which is ideal for accommodating a large group. From the young kids - who were happy in the bunk room and adjoining game room - to grandma, the crew enjoyed the comfortable living areas while having plenty of room to spread out and obtain all the privacy they could desire. The large open kitchen and dining space worked equally well for group meals and games at the dining table. All around this was a nice place and worked well as a home base for all sorts of adventuring in and around the South Lake Tahoe area!

What a great stay in Tahoe! Beautiful home and beautiful location! A lil pricey for what I am used to, but I understand that’s the prices in that area, so it makes sense. I can’t wait to go visit again! Marie was a great host and made everything so easy! If you’re considering staying here, I definitely recommend!

10 stars for us. This is a magical property. Rose gardens, birds singing, uphill breezes. A private sanctuary. Hot tub on private patio. We got in late and we're greeted with candlelight, cheese and fruit and breakfast fixings in the fridge. Who does that? Nothing left undone. Thank you Evelyn and Neil

Marci’s place was so nice! I feel like the photos and description doesn’t even do it justice. It’s such a cute little cabin and we loved staying there. There were lots of cute, rustic details that made you feel right at home. The bed was pretty comfortable. The patio area was nice and quiet, the hot tub felt great after a long day of hiking and lake activities, and the privacy in the yard made us feel comfortable and secluded despite the homes around us. There’s a quick walk to a launch spot to get out on the water which made it easy to kayak and paddleboard. So happy we stayed here!

One of the best places I have ever stayed. The pictures do not do this place justice. We really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with pots, pans, and utensils. Bed rooms and bathrooms were also clean and had basic necessities in stock. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again.

I’ve stayed in several Airbnbs and Micks place is one of my favorites. Central, easy location and right around the corner, practically, is a fabulous bakery with gluten free choices!!!! The unit was clean and well equipped. The washer and dryer worked perfectly. I high recommend this unit. It’s certainly worth the very fair price.

Jack's place was just what we were looking for. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, the Great Basin Co-op, and the Riverwalk. It was spacious for a two-bedroom. Clean & comfortable. Nothing fancy, but good value.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Designated parking spot, clear communication and the room was great- cozy, clean and included thoughtful accessories. We were within walkable distance to the lake, shops and restaurants.

Fantastic stay! Great spot right next to the lake, and the friendliest hosts imaginable. Paddleboards, kayaks, hot tub, what more can you ask for? Not to mention the bike lane is right behind the house and goes all the way from Tahoe city to Meek’s bay!

5 Stars – A Perfect Lake Tahoe Stay I stayed at this cozy condo in Tahoe Vista for five nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is incredible—right across the street from the North Shore of Lake Tahoe and just a five-minute walk to the water. The space was clean, quiet, and peaceful, with a perfectly equipped little kitchen that had everything I needed. Communication with the hosts was smooth and responsive from start to finish. This spot felt like a true retreat, and it’s absolutely a place I’ll be returning to. Highly recommend!

Modern rustic, aesthetically pleasing decor, peaceful & serene location, bucolic sunrises, close drive to Stagecoach, cozy tiny kitchen, personal touches in bathroom & kitchen - like: makeup cloths, mouthwash, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, tea, Keurig pods, chapsticks & hand sanitizer, family friendly games, 2 modern fireplaces & battery operated candles, make for a pure escape into the mountains & trees, close to the clandestine most beautiful lake. I only wish the hot tub was available year round, especially after a glorious day shredding the slopes! Thank you to Michael - for being attentive to details & design, available to queries, & flexible with plans. Our family, including our Samoyed, Nicco, enjoyed our stay & adventures in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains! 🏔️ It was really hard to leave & look forward to returning soon!

Annie's studio has the ideal location in South Lake Tahoe with a lot of activities and scenic routes to Emerald Bay and varies waterfalls. Her place has a comfortable king size bed to rest at night and a little kitchenette to prep foods for hiking or outdoor picnics. In door parking is a plus especially during snow season.

Richard was a fantastic host and very responsive when questions arose. He also had great recommendations for restaurants/things to do. The location was exactly what we were hoping for. Across the street from the air bnb was a private beach area with lounge chairs that felt private/secluded. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

Me and my family loved and enjoy this house. Especially the patio areas is beautiful. Right next to the water So peaceful The House has everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. The host was very helpful she was very fast to communicate. We will recommend this to Family and Friends. We, Want To Come Back already.

Great place! There was some construction going on during my stay, but other than that it was a great location and great room!

This is a great spot for a couple! It’s about 10 mins to Incline Village and Kings beach. Incline village beach is right down the road, a 3 minute drive. Grocery stores are nearby. The place is super clean and comfy. Joanna was amazingly responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent extended stay at Belinda and Steve's condo in Incline Village, NV. The property was very clean and the location was ideally situated to local and regional amenities and attractions that we value e.g., beautiful hiking, restaurants, art galleries, local food stores, nearby towns of Reno, Carson City, Virginia City. An instruction and recommendations binder was exceptionally well organized and thorough. As hosts, Belinda and Steve were proactive, always responsive, and very friendly.
