Public transportation (bus) around the corner (about 20-25 minutes ride to/from subway and about 30 minutes on subway into the city). Approx travel into the city via public transport is about an hour and via car, about 30 min (no traffic). There’s free street parking at all times. Close to local shops and restaurants. cozy get away

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is a family with children living within the house, however everything is separated, self check in so there is no contact. No parties, no smoking, no more than 2 persons There are some parts of the apartment with low ceiling that may be uncomfortable for tall people. The stairs leading to the second floor are a bit narrow and a bit steep; can be a challenge for some.

This cozy, quiet, clean, diverse & family orientated neighborhood is in a central location making it easy to get around... Its 15-20mins away from JFK AIRPORT, the newly built USB ARENA, GREEN ACRES MALL / ROOSEVELT FIELD MALL plenty other local stores & restaurants to visit in the area.
