Ray is a great host and very kind. He stayed in touch throughout my trip, personally came by to introduce himself, and made sure I had everything I needed. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, which was important for me and my family. It was also easy to get to Manhattan using public transportation. I definitely recommend Ray’s place and will stay here again the next time I visit New York!

I stayed in Jamaica, Queens for my first multi-day NYC trip with FaShan, and they were phenomenal hosts. They kindly allowed me to check in a little early, and the room was pristine. Their thoughtful rules and setup made the space feel safe and welcoming perfect for someone new to the city. They even offered rides to the station and other local spots, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. One night, they proactively brought an extra blanket when it got cold, which was such a kind gesture. FaShan were flexible, respectful of personal space, and made it feel like home. I’d absolutely stay with them again and highly recommend them to others.

Everything was exactly the way the room was advertised. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. Asim met me at the property. He was very kind and very clear on the instructions regarding the property and the near by places such as eateries, supermarkets etc. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe which was very important to me. As well as the private parking. I must add I slept like a baby. I highly recommend this place. Thanks again Asim for your warm hospitality.
