Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Terraces with sea view. Private open parking. Unforgettable location, we have put love and care into it. From the parking to reach the chalet we will go down a path on foot for about 30m. Not in front path with access to the sea (rocky coast) only for fit adult guests.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Chalet sea view in Taormina with parking

Located inside a villa, it consists of a single room of about 20 square meters with kitchen, table for two, double bed 160 x 195 cm with container and bathroom with shower, TV and air conditioning. The Chalet has a terrace overlooking the sea with a coffee table for lunch/dinner plus two sun loungers and umbrellas. The chalet is about 5 minutes from the city center along an uphill road. It also has parking for a small car.
