You'll stay in a real medieval tower which is spread over three levels. On the ground floor you will find a living room with kitchen, on the first floor a bedroom with private bathroom and on the second floor the suite with private bathroom. The interiors are made particularly welcoming and evocative for the presence of antique furniture combined with more modern textiles and accessories and for the presence of the artistic ceramics of our territory. Outside you can enjoy a large private garden.

Used as a watchtower and astronomical observatory, the residence is enriched by a one-of-a-kind and extraordinarily beautiful stone spiral staircase. The fruits of a small organic vegetable garden and orchard are available to guests depending on the current season.

The "Casina del Dazio" is known throughout in the Porta Sant'Angelo neighborhood as a small historic building that once housed the tariff house at the entrance of the city. It then became a dilapidated municipal building. It was renovated today and equipped with every comfort. The location is strategic as it is in one of the most beautiful areas of Perugia, in front of the famous "Tempietto". From the building you can walk to all the main points of interest.
