Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Also attached to the villa is the boiler room with laundry, complete with washing machine. The entire structure is for the exclusive use of guests who can live in this unforgettable moments of rest and tranquility! Guests have the exclusive use of the whole villa and of the attached trullo, and the entire outdoor area, which includes the living room, the swimming pool and the laundry. Immersed in the breathtaking countryside, the home is located close to the center of Ceglie Messapica. Dine at exceptional family-owned restaurants, browse through the local markets, and go for a hike or bike ride through the valleys. you have a park for your car, in 20 mintes you arrive on the Adriatic sea beaches, in 30 minutes you can arrive on the Ionico sea beaches.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Inside a popular hotel in the Sassi di Matera, this cave room is accessed from the common terrace through a large French door. It's an alcove entirely dug into the tuff. Extremely welcoming even just for the conformation, hollow and rounded it looks almost like a mother's womb. The bathroom, although small, has a bidet and a shower. It is equipped with air conditioning, TV, mini-bar and free WiFi. A rich and special breakfast buffet is included in the cost of the cave.

Stone loft with balcony overlooking the sea

Built between the 1300 and 1400s, a stone loft overlooking the Adriatic Sea. This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter. Today our family is committed to reviving this building and its history, providing guests with a unique and comfortable stay in the heart of Puglia.
