Pet-friendly vacation rentals in South Italy

There are no words to describe the kindness and helpfulness of Mrs. Maria Teresa; a wonderful creature who loves animals as most people should. The property is absolutely perfect for what my needs were. Very clean, very comfortable mattresses, complete with everything you needed (from detergent to extra virgin olive oil made by them), including a beach umbrella, beach towels and even new slippers for the whole family. What can I say, people should take an example from this girl on how to run a B&B. I hope to return soon. 💛

Excellent. A very special house for nature lovers. Secluded in a private bay. You can only hear the birds and the sea. Sunset included. Very nice host. He even caught fresh fish and prepared it deliciously. Unforgettable stay.

Apartments with a beautiful veranda! We really enjoyed our stay in Cefalu! Luca gave us clear instructions on how to get there and check in, was very welcoming and quick to answer any questions. I would be happy to recommend this place to other travelers

Alfredo’s Airbnb, Atollo, is a dream. I was hesitant to stay in such an isolated location as a solo female traveler, but upon reading all the positive reviews, I went for it, and I am SO GLAD I did. While you do have to hike there (bring sneakers), I always felt safe and in complete awe and peace thanks to the beauty around me. The Airbnb has everything you need for a comfortable and restful experience. The hammocks overlooking the sea and distant Aeolian Islands, and the cross when lit at night, gives the most peace and relaxation. I traveled solely by foot. Getting down to town level is STEEP, so you need good knees or able to drive a car or scooter expertly. It’s also a walk to Lipari or Canneto so you may want a taxi or bus if going by foot. Alfredo is an extremely kind and gracious host. Taking me to and from the port and to get groceries upon arrival. I hope to return many times here. Thank you again 🤗❤️

What an amazing place to stay in Matera! We absolutely loved our time at Francesco’s wonderful sassi apartment. It was stunning to stay in an actual sassi, and the atmosphere of the place was authentic as well as comfortable and beautiful style-wise. We loved the decor. The bed was comfortable and the huge bathtub in the spa area was heavenly. There are very good restaurants right by the apartment, including the one directly across the street. It was so nice having the patio right out front looking out on the incredible town of Matera. We had lunch and aperitivo out there and it was pretty heavenly. Francesco is a kind and responsive host, and we were so happy to stay at his wonderful place!

I stayed here with my family for a couple of days while we visited the area. The house is situated high up on a hillside with some lemon trees and spectacular views. The pictures don’t do it justice, looking down from the rooftop at the sunset on the water is stunning. The house is updated, nice and clean and we all felt at home there. Michele and his sister were very friendly, communicative and helpful. They answered any questions about the house as well as provided local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Michele arranged pick up and drop off to and from the house for dinner. Our stay was excellent here and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Positano. We would love to come back sometime! 🍋

Our stay was a amazing. Every time we had questions about anything the host answered promptly. They also gave us many recommendations for food and how to get around the city. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone.

The accommodation is fantastic, a great solution to truly live a local experience. Isolated trulli in a countryside setting without chaos, well furnished and garden with pool great for Bruno, our 4-legged friend. Onofrio and Nadia were very kind, truly impeccable hospitality that made us feel like we were at home. We love Puglia and will definitely be back!

Antonello and his family went above and beyond for me and my guests during our stay. Angela was an amazing employee and I wish I could have an Angela for everywhere I go. The villa is magical and truly indescribable. You have to be there to experience it. The views are breathtaking and the village is quiet and precious.

The Trulli is stunning. The building, inside and out is breathtaking and the pool is incredible as well as the outdoor kitchen and dining area. Also, the two bean-bag floats are genius! So comfy. We had the most incredible stay here. Silvana was super helpful and provided so much help, we can’t thank her enough. Sunsets at this place are magical. We highly recommend staying here.

If there had been 10 stars, I would have given them all. We organized a bachelorette party at the Trullo Armonia and Maria Giulia helped make everything perfect. The romantic atmosphere of the trullo was certainly the star, but without Maria Giulia's organization and care, it wouldn't have been the same. In the structure you can organize many activities, we participated in a pottery course and then we prepared orecchiette with Giovanna, who transmits all the love for Puglia. All above expectations. Camillo's place was the highlight of our trip around sicily. We felt right at home from the outset, with his lovely wife greeting us and showing us around. Whilst the location is a little more out of the way, the views and the surroundings are incredible and that's exactly what we wanted. The outside space is perfect. Camillo was incredibly helpful and booked some amazing local places for us to eat at too. We would love to come back one day!

Perfect location within Monopoli’s old town, close to many restaurants, bars and the seafront. Was very quiet even though our visit coincided with National Republic Day and an International Ukulele Weekend! Loved it and hope to return.

A small cottage that looks like a luxury cabin, simply wonderful, full of charm close to the beautiful OSTUNI and in the heart of Puglia. Everything was impeccable, beautifully decorated, extremely neat. Olenka was a thoughtful host (yes, it's nice to have water for her stay, a small package of pasta and enough to have breakfast the morning of her arrival; and it's nice to have a little message in the middle of the stay to see if everything is going well and if you need anything). In short, what to say? That everything was perfect and that our only regret was not staying more. A big thank you to Olenka for hosting us and see you next time. Marina

We very much enjoyed our short stay. It was quiet and relaxing, the pool was great for cooling off, the trulli was charming and the grounds with herbs, flowers and trees smelt and looked lovely. We would happily return.

Lucia's house is gorgeous, spotlessly clean and very well organized. The large balcony feels like a little yard and offers a lovely view. The location is great, close to a supermarket and just a short walk to the center of Capri. Thank you so much, Lucia!

We spent amazing 3 nights at Manuelas and Guiseppes Apartment. The apartment itself is clean and well equipped, you really got everything there that you need. The possibilities to dry the laundry were kind of limited, but that’s just a minor thing. However, the terrace and the view are just amazing. You can’t get enough of that, it’s truly amazing. I recommend to spend some nights in Napoli before or after your stay at this apartment, because if you’re up there for once, you never want to go down again :D Guiseppe is super friendly and has great recommendations. Also the communication with Manuela before the stay was flawless. So all in all I can really recommend it, great experience.
