Our borgetto is in a secluded, rural and peaceful part of Le Marche, off the beaten track, with stunning views of the Sibillini Mountains. There are four houses in our borgetto, each with its own access, terrace and garden spaces with use of the swimming pool and pizza oven. This is place to relax and unwind, in a delightfully peaceful setting, but with easy access to wonderful restaurants, shops and bars. Ideal for a couple who want a quiet, country retreat and enjoy great local food and wine.

Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. The appartment has been built new on the existing farmhouse where life cattle (Mountain Goats gaze at you when you enter or exit the appartment, Chickens, Cats and a Dog), surrounded by Olive Trees, Chi-pack, Dark and White Figues, Oranges & Tomatoes, vegetable garden, etc. etc.

Small apartment on the farm

Small apartment with open space and small individual room. Located a few meters from the pool. Outdoor living area with table and benches always in the shade of a centuries-old mulberry tree. Next to it is the Museum of Oil and Rural Life: over 80 ancient jars and tools of daily life from centuries past. In our olive grove, 10 minutes from the house, are the ruins of the ancient Byzantine monastery of San Pietro di Deca and the adjacent archaeological area.
