From the location you have easy access to the village of Picinguaba, beaches: Fazenda, Almada, Ubatumirim and Ilha das Couves, among other points of interest. The house is simple but comfortable, surrounded by the Atlantic Forest! It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a refrigerator and a stove with an oven. There are screens on the windows and fans in the living room and bedrooms. WELCOME!

Every corner was thought out down to the last detail: minimalist without sacrificing anything, small but surprisingly comfortable and equipped. It's not just where you sleep — it's where time passes differently, slowly, with the scent of the trees just outside.
