Barn conversion near Salcombe

The owners are great and as the cottage is on the same farm as the owners you can have the privacy you need but the availability of the owners if required. We had a great time at the cottage and it is in driving distance to the wonderful sights and walks around Devon
A decorative sign marked 'The Coach House' is affixed to a rustic stone wall. The design features an illustration of a horse-drawn carriage surrounded by trees, adding a charming touch to the entrance.

Cosy South Hams cottage, near the sea

We had a SUPERB stay! We took our 3 and 5 year old away for 5 days and it was the best location. We visited the local beaches, it was easy to get to Salcombe and Dartmouth to have a look around and the house was just ideal for our family! Would absolutely recommend!

A pebbled beach stretches along the coastline, with waves gently lapping at the shore. Colorful kayaks and beach chairs are positioned in the foreground, while a small group of people relaxes nearby. The horizon features a mix of clouds and blue sky, enhancing the seaside atmosphere.

Coastal Cottage with fantastic sea views

CraigRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This absolutely charming cottage is in one of the most beautiful locations in the UK, bar none. Walk/run straight from the garden with your family/dog on to the South West Coast Path and you can meander along the coast for miles in either direction, its perfect! The cottage, while remote, has everything you need, gorgeous bedrooms with sea views and a great pub & cafe roughly 20 mins walk away (uphill). We will definitely return and are already looking forward to doing so.

Alex and Kellie were very responsive and very helpful. Myself and my boys had a lovely short visit. The cottage is just as described and nice and comfortable, just what we were looking for. Thank you.
A black dog with long, curly fur sits on a well-maintained green lawn. Natural stone walls form the backdrop, with a hint of plants and gravel visible in the garden, creating a serene outdoor setting.

2 Bed in South Allington (FERN3)

We loved loved loved our stay here in South Devon. It was a super peaceful location and perfect for a few days of relaxation. It was within walking distance of some beautiful beaches and coastal spots - we did a coastal walk to Maceley Cove and also another to Start Point - both unbelievable! The accommodation was well equipped with everything you’d need, super nice bath to relax in and a very comfortable bed. The hosts were warm and welcoming and really friendly. The roads in and out of the area were narrow but once we’d sussed a route we had no issues with it! Would recommend a stay here!
The image displays a rugged coastline featuring rocky outcrops and a pebble-strewn beach. Cliffs rise gently in the background, covered in lush greenery. The calm water reflects the clear sky, while the shoreline curves into the distance, offering a sense of serenity and natural beauty.
