The villa is located at walking distance from the beach, next to the lake and the golf course. You can walk or bike to the centre of Vieux Boucau, where you can find restaurants and shops. Weekly rental: from Saturday to Saturday (in high season). Max. 12 people (kids included). Under no circumstances it is allowed to add people.

Relax in this quiet and cozy studio located above our house in Soustons, equipped with all modern comforts. You will see the lake through the trees and the small stream that passes in front of the house. You will have at your disposal a large terrace of 30 m2 entirely private.
