Currently under construction: facade and exterior paintings. The plus: TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, heated pool (depending on the season), leisure activities (golf, surfing, cycling). Bed linen on request (extra €40). Terrace with pine forest view, free parking. The residence is located in the heart of the pine forest with views of the golf course and access to the beach.

Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

La Villa Salée

Les Villas du Lac offers a swimming pool, tennis, children's games, mini golf, sports field, restaurant, laundry, bike rental. Close to the lake (300 meters) and the beach (1200 meters), our 50 m2 3-bedroom salt villa is ideally located. The forest is directly accessible when leaving the residence. We are located in downtown Soustons. So you have all the shops next door: bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, doctor, cinema... Our mini house is located at the bottom of our garden. Reversible air conditioning that heats in winter and will cool you down in summer. You have a dining area with dishes enclosed by a veranda, a living area with sofa bed, a bathroom, a sleeping area.
