Next to Hossegor and capbreton, you will enjoy a quiet wooden place with a bedroom in a bungalow and a spare kitchen in front. The bungalow includes a very sunny terrace completly intimate place. If you are alone or a couple, Juliette gives you a unique opportunity to rent the complex and offers you the freedom to have your own time on the terrace and a private hot jacuzzi. The bungalow includes a flat screen, sound system, wifi and a bathroom including toilets. You will love the decoration!

Gite les coquillages 1 (Shells 1)

In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

Architect-designed house, beach and lake within walking distance

In a peaceful and green setting, a short walk from the beach and Lake Hossegor, we offer a small modern villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The garden is completely enclosed and the property is rented for the exclusive use of the Tenant. The villa has a fully-equipped American kitchen, a comfortable living room and is fully air-conditioned. Pool or hot tub rental is possible for an additional fee. Please note that the pool is heated and is rented from April to October.

Casaloft- Loft + (optional) private jacuzzi

The loft is located in a quiet area at the bottom of our garden. Separated by an opaque wooden fence. Not overlooked. Close to shops (3 min) and 15 min from the beach (Hossegor) by car. Modern 20 m2 studio with equipped kitchen and bathroom with walk-in shower, 160 bed, TV and WiFi. Heated pool access (May to September 15), outdoor area shared with owners; Jacuzzi reserved for tenants. The studio is adjoining our house but the entrance is independent. Located 10 minutes' drive from the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton, 25 minutes from Bayonne and 50 minutes from Spain. Numerous bike path starts. Closed parking in the courtyard.
