If you’re here to surf, Ben‘s house is the place to be. You cannot get closer to the ocean than this, and Messanges offers the longest and quietest surf beach in the area. We’ve had a fantastic time, and the house just made of even more special: breakfasts on the terrace, waking up to pure silence and breathing in the fresh ocean air.

Flawless accommodation, great location

Good family stay in this charming house. The location of the residence is really very good, we particularly appreciated the traffic ban on cars (if only for the safety of children, often on bicycles), the proximity of the bike paths (at the exit of the residence!) to the lake and beaches, the amenities of the residence (swimming pool, mini golf, tennis, etc.) And the house! And we feel that our host really cares about facilitating our check-in, our stay and our checkout!

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

We loved both the area and the house. Good house for 7 people. Good communication with the owner. Thank you for everything. 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Léa's place. Our arrival was easy and smooth thanks to the instructions given by Léa as well as thanks to the availability of Nathalie who told us where the parking was (at the bottom of the apartment, what more could you ask for?). When we arrived, the apartment was very clean and had all the basic necessities: toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, linens and towels. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for stays: oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, dishes… nothing was missing! The location is ideal, everything is within walking distance: the beach, the lake, shops, a bike rental shop... The value for money of the accommodation is really great, you can't find better. We are more than happy with the accommodation and Léa's availability. We look forward to the opening of bookings for 2026!

This is our second stay in Claude's apartments. This time we enjoyed the view on the south side. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet while being very close to restaurants and beaches. Everything was perfect from our point of view.

Our host is warm, the apartment is impeccable, clean and the kitchen is well-equipped. The place is ideal because it is in the center of the village and really quiet on a semi-pedestrian street. We had a great time.

We had a great time at Jerome's place. The accommodation was spotless, very well located in relation to the lake and all its walks. It has a parking space which is an undeniable plus in Hossegor. The city is within a 10-minute walk. We recommend it unreservedly.

The stay went very well, in a large campsite with lots of activities available. At the very beginning of the season, so very quiet and pleasant. The location of the accommodation is ideal with a lovely view! The directions to our arrival were very clear, we picked up the keys in a lockbox without any problems.

The village of Hastingues is nice to discover, quiet. Just remember to take a good mosquito repellent, the proximity to the gaves brings some. We recommend this listing and will not hesitate to return if the opportunity arises.

The place was lovely and so peaceful! We had a great time in this beautiful area. The accommodation is very well equipped, quiet and without any vis-a-vis, a real jewel in a green setting. Chantal is a very welcoming host, she informed us very well, the communication was very fluid and she is very flexible. I would definitely recommend it without hesitation.

Very beautiful renovation 🙂 Location. With two small children we were able to access the lake, restaurants, skatepark and village by stroller. Bike paths are also accessible right next to the house.

Very nice place with everything you need for a comfortable stay – everything was exactly as described and we felt completely comfortable. Framboise is a wonderful hostess: warm, attentive and always strives to ensure that her guests lack nothing. We greatly appreciated their friendly welcome and communication. A small note for tall people: The bed is a bit small for two people with a lot of height – for my partner at 1.95 m it was not quite ideal, since I of course also had to get in. Beautiful private house in a tranquil forest location. Photos are accurate and would recommend this property to others. Short walk to beach and local shops and restaurants. House very well equipped with all that you would need. Hosts welcoming and communication was good.
