Impeccable accommodation. However, for winter, as today in January, central heating (in the living room) is available and works to heat, but the bathroom and bedroom heating does not work (to be repaired and checked for the next vacationers). Otherwise, overall the location and the apartment are peaceful, and we are satisfied for a short stay. Thank you ☺️

Amazing place. Fell in love with it at first sight. The area is walkable and very alive at all times; has good options to dine in. You have everything you need in and out of the place. I also recommend taking a day trip on the boats to Kuriat Island. Rafik was very responsive and gave detailed instructions for the check in. Thank you once again for the stay and hospitality!

Our stay went great at Sana's. The apartment is located in a beautiful residence where the pools are clean and open until 10 p.m. The large pools are filled with salt water and it's quite pleasant. The apartment is equipped with every amenity. Thanks to Sana's sister who was very nice to us and flexible on checkout time. We'd love to come back.

Dar rim is a daydream in one of the best destinations in Tunisia The location is perfect, the house thought out, furnished and decorated with great taste and elegance, a real homage to Tunisian craftsmanship. Conveniently located apartment, with two beautiful terraces with stunning sea views. The spacious room is equipped with a very comfortable king size bed, perfect for a relaxing stay. Downtown Monastir can be reached in 15-20 minutes on foot, and taxis pass regularly nearby to make it easier to get around. Our host, Wided, was exemplary throughout our stay. Very responsive, she quickly involved a professional to resolve a window issue, and even took the initiative to bring us a coffee maker as soon as we reported her absence. His availability and attention really made a difference and helped to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment has a lot of charm and great potential; only a refresh of the kitchen would make it more sublimate. This has not tainted our experience, thanks to the hospitality and care provided by Wided.

Extraordinary location overlooking the private harbor. All the clubs and services are right outside the house. The accommodation is basically a studio apartment the size of a hotel room, but perfect for the purpose

My friend and I enjoyed every minute spent in khalil’s house ! It was safe, clean and cozy. Khalil is very helpful and responsive. And his mother is incredibly friendly and nice. I would highly recommend khallol’s house if anyone wants to visit soussa!

The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

This was a great place to stay, far enough from the overly touristy places to get a proper experience of Tunisia, and close enough for a comfortable stay. The beach is right there.
