A small beach cottage (approx. 30m2) located on the shore of Lake Nuasjärvi, in the courtyard of a detached house. The cottage has a kitchenette, a loft with four beds (1x double bed 180cm, 1x 80cm frame mattress bed and 1x extendable armchair), a bathroom and a wood-heated sauna. The living room has an atmospheric fireplace. In front of the house there is a terrace and a hot tub, a glazed porch and a balcony upstairs. In the courtyard of the cabin there are two piers, a lean-to & campfire site, and a barrel sauna. Boat launch from the beach. The property is in a natural environment.

Grandma's cottage & courtyard sauna with amenities

Enjoy peace and quiet in a 40-square-foot tiny home. Ready-made beds and blackout rooms. The heat of the cabin can be adjusted with electricity and/or fireplaces. In the yard sauna, a hot shower and ready firewood for heating the stove. You can heat your own meals in the kitchen corner. Great instructions for all activities. Pet fee €20. Easy check-out cleaning = only your own footprints are removed. NOTE: Pet household, wood heating and old cottage can cause symptoms for sensitive people. Stairs and a snowy and icy yard can make exercise difficult :(

The sun shines on the cottage beach late into the evening. The beach sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher up on the plot. Inside the cottage, running water, indoor toilet and shower bring a little luxury to your stay. The cottage is equipped with a covered large terrace with views through the forest to the back of the lake.

A small house on the shore of a lake. The cozy main building has a bedroom, kitchen and spacious living room. In addition to the dining table and sofa, the living room has a bed that can be spread out. The sauna and washing facilities are located in a separate building, where there is also a sofa bed. The sauna has a ready-to-use stove. Located a short drive from the slopes of Vuokatti and Katinkulla Spa, the Naapurinvaara dance floor is also visible from the beach. Your pet is also welcome.

The courtyard has a terrace and a private barbecue canopy. The shore of the pond, where there are boats and a large barbecue hut, is available to residents. 12 kilometers from Kajaani. We rent a beach sauna at an additional cost during the thaw. The maximum number of people is 4 adults + 2 children (under 14 years).
