A small beach cottage (approx. 30m2) located on the shore of Lake Nuasjärvi, in the courtyard of a detached house. The cottage has a kitchenette, a loft with four beds (1x double bed 180cm, 1x 80cm frame mattress bed and 1x extendable armchair), a bathroom and a wood-heated sauna. The living room has an atmospheric fireplace. In front of the house there is a terrace and a hot tub, a glazed porch and a balcony upstairs. In the yard of the cottage, two docks, a lean-to&fires, and a barrel sauna. The possibility of a boat landing from the beach.The property is in a natural setting.

Grandma's cottage & yard sauna with amenities

Enjoy peace and quiet in a 40-square-foot tiny home. Ready-made beds and blackout rooms. The heating in the cottage can be adjusted with electricity or fireplaces. In the yard sauna, a hot shower and ready firewood for heating the stove. You can heat your own meals in the kitchen corner. Great instructions for all activities. Pet fee €10. Easy departure cleaning =just your own marks off. NOTE: Pet household, wood heating and old cottage can cause symptoms for sensitive people. Stairs and uneven yard can make it difficult to exercise :(

Lapland is full, come to Kainuu! On a sunny, wooded lot in Kajaani, an atmospheric cottage for 6 people with a lovely wood-burning lakeside sauna. The sun shines on the shore of the cottage well into the evening. The lakeside sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher on the property. Inside, the cabin's running water, an indoor toilet, and a shower to bring a little luxury to the stay. The cottage is equipped with a covered large deck with views through the woods to the back of the lake.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Fully equipped cottage with two bedrooms, living room/kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and electric heated sauna. The yard has a patio and a barbecue canopy. The beach of the pond, where boats and a large barbecue hut, are occupied by residents. 12 kilometers from Kajaani. We rent a lakeside sauna for an extra price during the time of the melted land. The maximum number of people is 4 adults + 2 children (under 14).

The 80-year-old log cabin has been given a new life after a complete renovation. The cottage is in a quiet area, close to the center of Sotkamo. Nice old garden plot. Air heat pump for cooling and heating. The yard building has a modest wood-fired sauna that is currently in sauna condition, but will be completely renovated during the summer. The bedroom has 2 separate beds and the living room has a double sofa bed. The price includes linens and towels.
