Family-friendly vacation rentals in Sosúa

I rented this space because a good friend showed me video of the space. Peaceful location. I didn't need to go out. The view could not be beat. I was on VACATION!!!!

Our stay at Tracey's villa was wonderful!! The place and stay was better than the pictures. I would definitely recommend this villa and definitely be back soon.

Fantastic 2 week stay at this great bachelor unit!! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Michal was quick to get back to us when we had questions. The Seawinds complex had a large pool , onsite restaurant by the pool with reasonably priced food (salads / burgers / pastas well under 10 bucks ) We would not hesitate renting from Michal again .

Barbra was a great host, she was always there to answer all our questions and was very welcoming, Nana is also great she took great care of us. Look forward to staying at one of Barbra’s homes again!

Where do I start? This place is beautiful! Fairly walkable to the supermarket and to nearby Restaurants. The pool was clean and it is walking distance from both sosua beach and playa Alicia. The view was absolutely stunning, hearing the waves every evening and enjoying the view every morning and during sunset was an amazing experience. The host was responsive to our needs and we felt safe and cared for. I would stay here again.

Loved it! I had a very relaxing week at this apartment. I have been inCabarete several times and Sea Winds is my favorite place to stay. You have it all, Luxury, comfort, privacy, relaxation and the view. Is the best place to stay, seriously. If you are kite surfing you could pump your kite on the grass and launch from there, if you are taking lessons or renting equipment you have the option to a very pleasant walk 10 minutes on the beach either right to cabarete bay or left to kite beach to find the schools restaurants and night life. No need for a car, walk on the beach or a moto taxis for 100pesos take you to town in 3 minutes. New supermarket Janet is 10 minutes walk on the beach and get to main road from there where you can get supplies. This particular apartment is beautiful with 2 balconies to relax while looking at the scenery, nice kitchen with all you need for cooking, laundry, very comfortable beds, great Air conditioning and fans. Hot water in shower…it was just perfect!

This place was great and very close to the POP airport. Also, not far from the city. Super clean and Gio was very responsive for any and everything!!

This was one of two properties my party booked. Directly across the street from each other. Will be back with casa coco for sure

Hilary’s place has the most incredible view, on the hill overlooking Playa Sosua. It is close enough to get to the beach, grocery store and restaurants quickly but tucked into the trees and vegetation of the hillside, away from the noise and busyness of the city. Everything was very clean and comfortable, comfortable beds, hot water, cold AC in both bedrooms, kitchen stocked with appliances and everything needed to prepare our own meals (grocery store 5 minutes away). The bonuses were the clean pool in the back yard, the stunning view and the tremendous response and attention of our host, Hilary, the caretaker of the house, Jose, and the night guard. We will definitely be returning!

This place was perfect. Friendly people living there, Hos and his son are great people. It's behind a metal gate, and they have dogs. Felt very safe. 10/10.

I’ve stayed at this Airbnb multiple times so you know I love it .. And the host is Great

The location of this apartment is unbeatable. You can leave your gear outside in the porch, and walk to the water to kite or wing so easily. There is a restaurant between the apartment and the water, making it super convenient to grab food. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The Internet was quick and reliable, and the air conditioning very effective. Some things about the apartment could be improved: 1) there is a weird smell, potentially coming from the washer, 2) the microwave is broken, 3) the hot water in the shower was inconsistent, and 4) it's not super private and there is a security guard in front 24/7. I would've liked to know before arriving how important it is to bring cash, as most restaurants we went to (including the one on the premises) don't accept credit cards. Stefan was great at providing information about conditions to do the sport, and extremely responsive to our needs! I'd suggest reading the FAQ of the yoga place next door for other useful info!

I can't say enough about this place but I will say this villa offers everything youll need from great location to great space in the house private yard and amazing host always responds fast and makes sure everything is ok will deff be staying here again hopfully sooner then later!!

Yojaira Y Thomas are excellent & responsive hosts that did a wonderful job of making my stay great ! This was the best air bnb I have ever stayed at in 10 years ! Astonishing views situated perfectly inbetween playa Sosua & playa alicia It was just like the pictures. OCEAN VIEWS FOR AS FAR AS YOU CAN SEE! Close enough to town to feel the energy and far enough away for privacy, sleep without moto traffic and music all night …. I may have been the worst problem there. lol. To keep it real and manage expectations please understand that nothing is perfect except the views on most the north coast of DR! These are older buildings with small problems. After quite a few places I fled AWAY from this one was as “perfect” as it gets. I don’t get bothered by little things anymore but have learned to appreciate the important ones that are taken care of! Newer A/C units in both beds, laundry, working stove, Drinkable water, PLENTY OF TOWELS♥️ & CLEAN—- THANKS GUYS. SEE YOU SOON.

Great place to stay ! Clean, peaceful and beautiful! Would 100 % repeat a visit. Lola was a great host and the place is in a perfect spot to enjoy peace and also to go to nearby beaches

This is my second January at Kite Beach staying in Elizabeth’s lovely condo. It’s right on the beach and easy to walk to local restaurants. About 30 mins walk into Cabarete. You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful beach. Ocean swimming as well as having a beautiful pool. It’s just such a great find. Can’t wait to come back. It was very hard to leave 😿😿

I have to be honest , I felt like a little kid at a playground staying at this villa. Everyday was so much fun , i had a great time. The villa was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice and checked on me daily. I give this villa an A+. Thanks

This place just felt right. It’s a short barefoot walk to the beach, and there’s this easy rhythm to life here: sun, salt, sleep, repeat. The apartment was clean, the bed was surprisingly comfy, and the Wi-Fi held up for quick check-ins with work. I spent my evenings unwinding with a book and a cold drink, listening to the waves. The host was very accommodating, responsive, kind, and genuinely welcoming. If you’re craving a simple reset somewhere calm, warm, and real, this is that place.

This is a great place. Worked perfect for our family. Sam gave us very clear instructions and the place was ready for us when we arrived. Everything you need is right there and the security/facility staff were all very helpful. Loved our time and we will be back.
