Vacation rentals with a patio in Sosúa

We've stayed at this complex several times before so we knew what to expect, but first time to this unit. Thought we'd treat ourselves getting the front ocean front unit and we were not disappointed! Super clean, well equipped, wifi was reliable, mini splits in the bedrooms were great and kept us cool at night - we had the doors open all day making the most of that Cabarete breeze. Beds were comfy, towels were clean and soft, kitchen had everything we needed, freezer froze ice trays super fast - it was perfect! And the staff at the complex areaways super nice, some recognized us from previous visits which is always nice :-) We'll be back!

Very good accommodation, close to markets and quite central, easy to find. Everything is new and very clean. Arnold was very friendly and always made sure we had a good time. There was very good communication. Very good air conditioning and good Internet. The lady in charge of receiving us was very friendly and polite. Quite quiet and safe place. I would highly recommend it. Thank you Arnold for your hospitality.

I had an incredible stay at Yolanda’s Airbnb in Sosua! From the moment I arrived, Yolanda and her son made sure I felt at home. They were super welcoming, helpful, and always available if I needed anything. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location—perfect for enjoying everything Sosua has to offer. A special shoutout to Yoisy, the maid, who kept everything spotless and made my stay even more enjoyable. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude really stood out. If you’re looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay in Sosua with amazing hospitality, this is the spot! I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay. The place looked exactly like the pictures. Loved that it was a little secluded and away from the loud noises of the strip. Will be staying here again on my next trip

The property was not what I expected it was not as close to Sosua as indicated the property was not a ocean front property the TV in the bed does not work and the host knew it did not work and they have not replaced it the restaurant is not a restaurant but a outside sitting area

This place was awesome. Very close to local shops and other beaches, but why would you need another beach when the property has privet beach.

From the beginning Donny and David were excellent communicators. Their place is beautiful. The location and the view are magical. If you’re lucky enough to stay at their condo you will know what I mean.

Everything is as shown in the photos, we had a great time. Very cozy space, they leave the kitchen equipped, I liked that they left me ice, which few Airbnbs do, 101% recommended!

This is an awesome villa. Curtis is a phenomenal host. Loved the pool.

Terrific villa just as described. The pool and patio were great, and we made extensive use of the kitchen. I have been to this area many times, and can assert this villa in a great spot with easy access to Laguna SOV, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Robert responded quickly to our questions as well. Great spot for a family!!!

Karen and the team at the villa were very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The villa is private and is located it has a security booth. They offered great amenities including transportation to the beach.

such a wonderful sanctuary of beauty and relaxation. we absolutely loved our stay. lucia’s villa is stunning, as is the entire “las 9 gotas” property. we spent most of the week simply relaxing. a couple beautiful, quiet beaches are in walking distance, as is a picturesque spa with delicious food and an incredibly friendly staff. as a host, lucia was incredibly communicative, accessible and responsive from the moment we booked, to pre-arrival, throughout our entire stay, and on our day of departure; a true superhost! we didn’t want to leave!!

Amazing stay and very private. Beautiful place to spend a few days enjoying Cabarete. The house looks beautiful, and the host was super nice helping us out with many things. It is the best kept secret of Perla Marina, you can still enjoy the buzzing life of cabarete and retreat to a private oasis afterwards. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

This place is one of the newer villas in the development so it has a fresh modern feel and look to it….I highly recommend

Easy to find, walkable to everything, clean condo with hot water, and cleaner came during my stay which was a nice touch.

Karen’s place was absolutely lovely! The beach was a 2 min walk and she allowed usage of her amazing beach chairs! The other available beaches nearby were lovely, there was a wonderful supermarket a short drive away and Karen’s instructions were clear and she was kind and responsive. It was just what we were looking for for a quick getaway. Would definitely go back.

Excellent place for those on a budget. Clean and safe. Beautiful grounds and pool. Groundskeeper Manual and administrator Jessica super to deal with and owner Matthew a phone call away if any issues! Apartment is cozy and has all the basics. We enjoyed our stay!

This airbnb is at a great location in Sosua. It has security around the property 24/7, which makes you feel safe. There is two private pools, and a beach as well. 10/10 would recommend, can’t wait to return.

Great accommodation was like living with the Gregory family very helpful in helping us solve our problems. Extremely clean comfortable apartment provides a very efficient weekly cleaning service. We were glad to stay at Jimmy's place in Puerto Plata. It had the accommodations that we needed and was centrally-located, which allowed us to walk up places. Whenever we had questions, he responded quickly. We have no regrets.

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is very well equipped for anything you can think of. The pool is beautiful and was always empty. Gregory was very responsive and helpful from beginning to end. Would definitely return!
