It's spacious, it has the rooms with enough space, I recommend it, just the neighborhood very alone.

Teresia is an excellent host. Always responding and carying for our well being. The gate community is very secure. There are no beach on site and the 2 restaurants with pool where you can go for the day have a fee (1750 to 2500 pesos per person per day) but they are beautiful. Sosua is easy to walk around. People are nice. The villa was perfect. The only thing is the very low water pressure. We would come back anytime.

This place was way more than what I wished It would be . It’s so raw , totally surrounded by nature , perfect for me because I needed a real get away from everything, the urban noises, somewhere I could feel like in my village back home in Africa. If you’re a sounds of nature lover , you’re gonna enjoy listening to trees rubbing on each other when it gets windy , and the birds singing. Your stay will feel a lot like a camping retreat . If you mind the insects, not having a tv , being far from stores and restaurants; you’re probably gonna run away .

Our stay at Tracey's villa was wonderful!! The place and stay was better than the pictures. I would definitely recommend this villa and definitely be back soon.

Really nice, modern, clean and spacious house with a lot of amenities. Daisy was a good host, gave us clear directions for the check in and check out and gave us a tour of the villa upon arrival. Would definitely recommend.

The house was exactly what comes out in the post, Jhoselyn and his people were very friendly, proactive, close and attentive to any questions or recommendations. The beach the encounter is ideal to go with the children and even better if they want to learn to surf, the house close to supermarkets and other beaches by car, very quiet and safe neighborhood. We went with 5 kids and we were very comfortable, excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

This property was perfect for our stay. Location was great. Right off the main strip, close to beach entrance, restaurants and supermarket. Once we arrived, the host was at the gate waiting to welcome us in. Showed our party around the property and gave us keys. I’m not sure if I read the description wrong or just didn’t fully understand it. The property is set up as six individual rooms; hotel style. Each room was spacious with fully cleaned stocked bathrooms. There was an on property house woman everyday (who was amazing). While we were gone, each room was cleaned (spotless). She even washed our clothes, everyday. The chef was an extra positive. He was well rounded and could make anything. Each day he asked what we wanted for the menu, what time the meal should be served and how many people was expected. Never disappoint. Every meal was perfect with enough to go around. He would provide everything and we would pay after the meal was done. This is now my 1st option anytime I visit.

It was honestly a great experience, from Juan’s amazing timely response, Thomas assistance, and Luis being the best driver I’ve ever had an interaction with I would say it’s a 10/10 recommend.

Great place for lovers and friend groups. I took amazing pictures. the only issue I had was the tide. the beach was too strong and there was no way for us to get in the beach. But, that's out of the host's control. I would stay again, regardless of the tide. The cleaning fee is exorbitant and way too much. but, besides that. Great place. loved my stay, my friends and girlfriend as well. I would 100% come back.

Fabulous villa, exactly as described and in an excellent location. Felt very secure, with guards at the gates. Check in and out were both very easy, and Graciela was very helpful. Quick and easy drive to Sosua or Cabarete. Pool was clean and warm. Would stay again, definitely!

Excellent place for those on a budget. Clean and safe. Beautiful grounds and pool. Groundskeeper Manual and administrator Jessica super to deal with and owner Matthew a phone call away if any issues! Apartment is cozy and has all the basics. We enjoyed our stay!

The place was actually better than the pictures, it was quiet and private. Everything we needed was there and if I needed something or had a concern the host was available immediately. This was my 3rd time visiting and I had certain dislikes about the other places I stayed at but none here. My next visit will definitely be here if available (I hope it’s not occupied) but definitely highly recommended.. great choice and I’m happy I chose this house.

We were a group of seven staying from April 14 to April 17 and we had an amazing stay. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. We were able to enjoy a few days of sunny weather (beach/tour) and we were actually glad it rained one day because it allowed us more time in the house. We cooked, watched movies on their big screen tv and outdoor projector and enjoyed the pool. Everything was as described and the layout of the rooms worked well for our group of seven. Since the property is within the resort, it was an easy walk to the beach area. Mario was very attentive, especially when we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the grill. We would definitely rent this house again.

this is a beautiful villa. The house is extremely spacious and clean. the kitchen is nicely stocked to prepare home cooked meals. the house attendant was very responsive. Will definitely stay again. Bryan, thank you for opening the doors to your beautiful home.

Thank you very much, a very cozy place. We really loved it. That was exactly what we were looking for, a family atmosphere and of course for me it's 5 stars. Nothing more to add, beautiful. The attention and service were great. I recommend it 100%. You can go without so much as a second thought. The staff is better than in the photos. Thank you for the service, we were delighted, we hope to return soon.

I had an amazing stay at Daniel’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. The space had a warm, welcoming vibe and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Daniel, Karla and Merika were fantastic host—responsive, friendly and respectful of my privacy, but also ready to help with anything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to local spots and I felt right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

A really nice stay in sosua. It’s in a quiet neighborhood so you don’t hear motos zooming around. A quick walk to supermercado de la Cruz and an atm and liquor store. A nice place, out of the way for a quiet and relaxing stay. The hot water works great, everything is new and the clean.

Great place to stay. Host let me check in hours early. Very close drive to everything in Sosua. Second time staying here. Will definitely be back
