From Harstad/Narvik Airport it takes 1.5 hours. Within 1 hour you are in Lofoten, or Andenes where they have whale watching. The entire property is available for you!

Welcome to our cabin at Smines in Vesterålen! Only 25 minutes away from Sortland and 15 minutes to the nearest grocery store in Eidfjord. Idyllic sheltered seaside cabin with its own floating dock and rowing boat. All of the fishing gear and life jacket are on site! Boat will not be available from October-April! Enjoy the beautiful nature Vesterålen has to offer with hiking opportunities in the area, and dancing northern lights in autumn/winter. Keep an eye out for the wild animals that roam around; such as moose, otters, eagles, nuthatches and puffins!

Here you can enjoy the silence, see sea eagles up close and fish jumping right below the mountain. If you are lucky you can see porpoises (whales) and sperm whales, saithe and mackerel shoals. How about fishing your own dinner from the mountain or taking a fresh dip in the sea? The possibilities are many. Experience nature and amazing sunsets! In Nyksund you get close to the raw nature. It is an idyllic fishing village where you can find tranquility in beautiful surroundings. When you leave Myre and drive the last mile on a gravel road that winds around steep rocks on one side and the wild sea on the other, you realize that the place you are going to is out of the ordinary. Experience the midnight sun between Lofoten and Vesterålen

Charming place between Lofoten and Vesterålen. Access to a small boat with an engine makes it possible to go out to sea. The boat is in an old boathouse by the sea, and like my father and grandfather before us, we have to pull the boat down to the sea and back again with pure muscle power. There is great nature, so both mountains, forests and the sea can be enjoyed. Now also from a new 25 sqm terrace! The house is old and somewhat worn, but works great as a holiday home for us. We hope you will enjoy your stay.

Cozy cabin in Kjerringnesdalen in Vesterålen

Cozy old cabin in the forest with 12v electricity. Located by Kjerringnesvatnet in Vesterålen, 15 km from Sortland. Suitable for families or couples who want nature experiences. The cabin is located by a river and water. The canoe can be used freely if you want to paddle in the river. Kjerringnesvannet is salmon-bearing water and you can fish in the water if you buy a fishing license. The cabin is located in the forest with lots of great hiking areas near the cabin and around Vesterålen.

Small house by the fjord

Newly renovated and cozy house from 1850 as close to the sea as you can get! The house is fully equipped and is located in the middle of Steinlandsfjorden at the foot of Langøya's highest mountain, Snykolla. In the fjord outside the house there are opportunities for good fishing from the jetty. The house is located close to the popular tourist destination Dronningruta and the fishing village Nyksund. It is also a good location as a base for exploring both Lofoten, Bø, Hadsel and Andøya.

Cabin with idyllic location in beautiful Vesterålen.

This is in Vesterålen, north of Lofoten. The cottage is located by the sea, sheltered and idyllic. Great mountains just behind. Nice walking areas. Cozy barbecue area. Three alcoves on the loft, with a total of 5 beds. The loft has a low ceiling, and the stairs are quite steep, so it is not suitable for the elderly or those with disabilities. Also designed for families with board games, movies, legos and books. Hot tub fired with wood, on the porch, can be rented as well for extra cost.

Nice little house with an incredibly great view of the lake and mountains. The property is within walking distance to the store and about 4 min by car to the city center. There are also excellent opportunities for hiking in the mountains just minutes away from the house. Good outdoor area as well as large porch with windbreak, here you can sit outside in the evenings and enjoy the view. There is also a large courtyard with room for several cars.
