The house was perfect! The jacuzzi, the view outside at the fjord and it was so cosy inside. Everything you need was in the kitchen. Outside there was a good bbq. We loved everything! Remi answered immediately when we had a question. It was wonderful to hear the waves from the sea, we had an absolutely relaxing week!

Lise and Marius are excellent hosts! They are very kind and helpful, and even if we never needed their help since everything at the house was great, we always felt like they were easy to reach and happy to help with anything. The house is very nice with a beautiful view over the fjord, and the hot tub and grill house made the stay feel extra luxurious. We had an amazing stay and we already miss our beautiful house in the north :)

We had a great stay in Janne's cabin, the house is at the top, the place is really beautiful. It has everything you need for a good time. The hot tub served us well despite the rain.

We had a great stay in Sonja's cozy cottage. It was easily accessible at all times. From the property you can easily reach both the north and the southern Lofoten. The accommodation was very well equipped. Everything you need on vacation.

Very, very nice and new accommodation. Wonderful views of the fjord and the mountains. Very spacious accommodation with the best amenities, even the kitchen! Warm in winter, fireplace for a cozy atmosphere and sauna for relaxation. Any time again, thank you very much!

Fantastic great cabin. Very nice location and that view. Very clean and well maintained. Well-equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, we had a lot of wind, then it was great to be able to sit in the great garden room. Tonje and Terje responded quickly to questions, are incredibly helpful, also the tip about the hiking area. We brought two 17 year olds and two 13 year olds. It was low under the ceiling in the loft but our boys thought it was great to be there. A plus was that there was poor internet, so the boys had to come up with other things: play in the garden, trampoline, go fishing, paddle with sub. We had an amazing long weekend here, would highly recommend.

I was alone here and loved it. The boat trip there alone ( I came from Myre ) is magnificent in fine weather. All those islands and mountain peaks all around you, beautiful! And also the cottage is beautifully located and very very quiet. I was by bike and came up to the island at the Barkestad stop. I was able to cycle until about halfway through the cottage ( quite uphill ), and then it is still about fifteen minutes on a bumpy path. In retrospect, I could have taken the Austringen stop, which is closer to the cottage and a much better and flatter path. You will need to let us know in advance that you want to be dropped off / picked up there. The cottage is nicely decorated and the view is fantastic. There was all kinds of food in the house, but I had brought everything myself, so I didn't use that (I don't know if that was allowed either). All in all, highly recommended!!! We had a wonderful stay at Alf's cabin. The accommodation is extremely cosy, in the most beautiful surroundings and great value for money. Alf is an extremely friendly and responsive host. Thank you Alf!

beautiful stay with incredible views

Highly responsive host answering all our questions. Atypical cozy little houses by the water. Total change of scenery. A lot of accessories the bathroom is a little small but is more than enough and it corresponds to the charm of the house 🏠

Host: Friendly, patient, helpful. Accommodation: a beautiful house, with a private road and property. A great view, whether living room or bedroom/bathroom. Would love to come back. Dogs were also no problem. In front of the house you can also fish🎣. Since it snowed the whole time (early/mid-April), the private road to the driveway was even cleared for us by "the neighbors?"

Anna, is really available and responsive. Highly recommend. We were welcomed by an adorable little welcome tray. The cottage is wonderful. we wanted to be isolated and out of place... we found exactly what we wanted. at the edge of the fjord, the chalet allowed us to recharge our batteries. We were able to see from the deck of puffins and even dolphins. The weather was exceptional and allowed us to swim. We had a pinch in the heart of leaving. i think this is the most beautiful place we've encountered since using AirBnB. Many thanks Anna for her hospitality.

We were allowed to spend 8 days in Kathrine's beautiful house. The location, tranquility and views are unique. The whole house is very clean and maintained. You immediately feel comfortable, which is why a rainy day is not a problem. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired, so you can easily take care of yourself. Particularly noteworthy here are the coffee machine and the Sodastream. The beds are very comfortable and the Stressless armchairs in the living room invite you to relax. The hot tub on the terrace with the great view is phenomenal. Kathrine responds to queries within a short time and also proactively passes on information. So she informed us about the Artic Run taking place, where we had the opportunity to get to know her, which made us very happy. We totally enjoyed the days at Kathrine and Glenn's house and hope we can come back in the winter.

Great little cabin at the edge of one of the most appealing campsite we’ve seen in Norway. Amazing views of the looong sunset !

The unique location and tranquility impressed us. Kari was very proactive and provided us with information and tips for excursions. A few snacks were also available for us. The kitchen is very well equipped. We were also allowed to use the small rowing boat. The sauna with panoramic views is great. The camping shower was okay. It is portable and you can also shower outside with it. A higher water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom would be desirable. There, the water comes directly from the stream. Kari & Inge provided drinking water in canisters. For a lonely cottage on the fjord, it is well equipped.

On the hill in the heart of Nyksund, this small studio is perfectly furnished. Ssemjon, who also takes care of the hostel next door and the restaurant below, is very nice. He made us taste several local specialties and explained the history of Nyksund as well as his vision for the future. The hill opposite is also a perfect place to see the midnight sun. We highly recommend it!

this place was just wow....panoramic view of the eidsfjord, spotless and cosy interior (the photos do not do it justice) and lots of thoughtful touches around the cabin. We loved fishing in the fjord in the evening. Great stay!

Everything went well during our stay in this beautiful little house. It was very peaceful and view from the terrace to the lake was great. Host was friendly and answered quickly. It was easy to check in and out.
