Excelente chácara, a 80km de São Paulo, perfeita para relaxar e festejar com amigos e família. Ótimo local para comemorar com a galera! Além da piscina, você encontrará churrasqueira, forno de pizza, fogão a lenha, campo de futebol, um parquinho para as crianças e sombra das árvores para relaxar. Wonderful and very well-equipped country house located in a condominium of farms between Itú and Sorocaba on the Castelo Branco Highway. 1 hour from São Paulo, and 25 minutes from Itú and Sorocaba. Beach Tennis Court (lit), Tennis Court (Clay), Fiber Optic, Swimming Pool and Air-Conditioning This is our little piece of paradise, which we built with great affection for almost 40 years.

A clear blue pool is framed by a spacious stone patio, with several lounge chairs arranged neatly nearby. Lush greenery surrounds the area, and a charming house with a tiled roof is visible in the background under a bright sky.
